I don't understand on the bitcoin deposit page where it says select your account and the only option available to click is "register new account" but it doesn't lead anywhere. I asked the chat for help and they said it was still down?

Me:
I'm new to bitcoin deposits, it says "register account" when I try, what does that mean?
ACR:
Bitcoin right now is being updated.
ACR:
Try again later.
Me:
For future reference, will I need to register some account?
ACR:
First you need to have a bitcoin wallet
ACR:
FIRST
Me:
I do.
Me:
It's verified and all.
ACR:
Then you can register your account in the poker room
Me:
It says Enter transaction amount, select your account, and enter valid btc address, I don't understand the "select your account" part in the deposit section
ACR:
The best thing is to wait until the system is back up so we know for sure what is being asked.
ACR:
Beause of the update it could redirecting you somewhere else.
Me:
I thought it was back up because I see the bitcoin option there. When will it be fully updated then?
ACR:
It's being worked on as we speak.
Me:
Okay, thanks!

huh?
04-08-2015 , 10:32 PM
the register account is what they use for withdrawals. it has my receiving address in there
04-08-2015 , 10:36 PM
"select/register your account' is just referring to your wallet address.

First guy i chatted with asked me basic questions didnt seem to know anything about bitcoin just the usual cc errors when depositing and then dc'd after a few questions. couldnt save that chat then i start another chat. it seems like they turned bitcoin on by accident and dont have anything to do with bitcoin themselves

Ian S:
Hello! Welcome to our Live Chat Department, my name is Ian.

21:35 me:
hi I was just talking to someone who had no clue about anything and they just disconnected on me

21:35Ian S:
I really apologize for the inconvenience

21:36Ian S:
can i have your username ?

21:36 me:
xxxxxxxxxx / xxxxxx

21:36Ian S:
and let me know what can i do for you

21:36 me:
bitcoin is back up on the site

21:36 me:
I tried to deposit 4k worth

21:36 me:
everything went through on my end and nothing is in my account

21:36Ian S:
yes but they are having issues still, we are waiting for them to fix it

21:37 me:
yes is a problem on their end this has been escalated already and we are waiting for a resolution

21:37 me:
on your guys end? and what does that mean with my money?

21:38Ian S:
is not in our side, is from bitcoin side

21:39 me:
bitcoin is working fine? https://blockchain.info/address/1E2s...UuRuhud8Ett99P it went through perfectly

21:43Ian S:
I understand xxxxxxxxxx, since they made updates and some changes they cannot send the verification to us

21:44 me:
so I have $4000 in limbo because of an error on your end?

21:44Ian S:
is not in our end

21:45 me:
your payment processors end then

21:46 me:

21:47Ian S:
since is a problem in their side we don't have an ETA

21:48Ian S:
I really apologize for all the inconvenience

21:49 me:
this is somewhat insane that u have the option to deposit on ur client and I use it and u tell me u have no control over the money

21:50Ian S:
yes that's why we escalate this already the have that option removed

21:50 me:
so what do I do? talk to chat tomorrow? call u guys tomorrow? I know emails almost never work

21:51Ian S:
yes contact us back tomorrow, via chat or email

21:52 me:
is there gonna be a note on my account with the deposit info or do I need to explain everything tomorrow?

21:54Ian S:
yes you need to explain again sir but since this issue affects lots of our customers you don't need to provide that much information we are aware of the situation

21:54 me:
ok thanks

Ian S:
you are very welcome, and again i really sorry for all the inconvenience

Has anyone had any problems like this?
Yeah, that does happen sometimes unfortunately.

They're pretty extreme with security because the bank transfer you make to them is reversible, but the bitcoin they give you isn't.

But that means that regular people also get incorrectly auto flagged by security for some reason.

I have seen that they will overturn it sometimes though if you write them and they manually review your account. So you should email them about it and give it a try.

Option gone again, for withdrawal as well.

I've been instructed to send in an email for a refund on my deposit attempt yesterday.

Good to know. Any word on when bitcoin deposits and withdraws will be active again?
04-09-2015 , 01:14 PM
From live chat this morning:

07:33 Me: Do you happen to know if the bitcoin option will return soon?

07:34 Support: it is hard to say we have been having a lot of trouble with that processor, but I do know we are trying to get it back online as we speak
04-09-2015 , 01:20 PM
Thanks Max. I'm excited about the bitcoin option and think it's a great one for WPN (CEO seems to feel the same in his live stream). Once they get it sorted, anyway. But this on/off/on/off with little to no communication is frustrating as hell. I'm sure it is for WPN management too, we'll all be happy when it's up and running like a well oiled machine.

Where u able to get your reload bonus?
04-09-2015 , 01:28 PM
I didn't try for the reload bonus since I already have a bonus running. I'm sure bitcoin deposits are eligible.
04-09-2015 , 02:40 PM
Money was in when I woke up.
04-09-2015 , 05:23 PM
FYI,

Bitcoin is fully and and running!
04-09-2015 , 06:10 PM
I see a new voucher deposit option and pay2card withdraw option, but no bitcoin at the moment.

As of right now, it's back as a withdraw option for me, but not a deposit option.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, I take that back.

Under deposits it says "More options" and lists "Popular e-Wallet" and "Person 2 Person". When I click on the popular e-wallet the bitcoin button is there.

Probably should move that out onto it's own... I didn't look there at first as I was thinking neteller, skrill, etc.
04-09-2015 , 08:11 PM
I see it now too.
04-09-2015 , 09:48 PM
Deposited 1k via Bitcoin. took about 20 mins. Support helped add the Reload bonus. A+ experience
