Right, but they're not ready and the marketing will have the opposite effect. It's easier to diagnose in a stickied thread.

I suppose another option is to ALSO sticky THIS thread.

Although that is bitcoin and not litecoin, the principle *should* be the same. If rep could confirm it would be nice, would like to make a bigger deposit this week.

I don't know if they are referring to who handles the transaction for crypto on their end or my end. I sent from Coinbase. Prior to confirming the deposit, I checked exchange rate on Coinbase vs what is estimated on ACR. It is practically the same. The higher rate that includes the hidden transaction fee doesn't appear until after you confirm the deposit. Maybe this is on the Coinbase side, but I don't think so. I did used to go via Blockchain.com and not sure of the fees there.

Either way, I think it's an outright lie that they market "no transaction fees whatsoever."

From support:
Hello,

We hope this email finds you well, It's a pleasure for us to assist you.

Transactions can be processed without fees, but trying to send free transactions can require waiting days or weeks.

Most of those wallets will also give you chance to review the fee before sending the transaction. What I would strongly recommend is you checking other sites, there is a word on the street that https://bitquick.co/ has been working out for several players.

For Bitcoin, Ether or Litecoin queries I would advise you to check with them directly.

Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you, we are at your service!

Kind Regards,

Sofia A.
