I received a Beast payout of $250 this morning when I should have received $2500. If you go to the Beast standings and click "previous results" it simply shows the current week, where I am currently at $250. This is also wrong, as the leaderboard for this week did not start tracking until around 2am.

They are deceiving people with the Beast. Hence the reason why they are not showing the results from the previous and has not paid out people as well. They have stated that players have been sent a mass email stating that their Beast promotion does not end at 11:59 EST, but hours earlier

I am not sure what they are talking about if anyone has received "mass email" please speak up or if you have any prior knowledge to this.

This is unacceptable, bad business practice as well as not honoring even their own promotions.

*BOT Ring* They state that they have "banned players", but cannot say who was banned. That is fine, but did anyone receive a refund from ACR as they have claimed they paid players back? Which I am very unaware of as well.

The Sit n Crush prizes are also wrong this week. I Should have received ($500) but instead received $125. I talked to live chat to no avail. They are telling me first place won the LB with 39 points..... If anyone has a screenshot of the LB prizes can they please upload that picture for documentation. The top 5 standing for the sitncrush this last week should be as follows (if I remember correctly):

Should have received $250 and didn't get anything

I talked to live chat yesterday about scores not showing up. They 'assured me it is correct sir'. I gave them the OnDemand games I had played 30 minutes prior and then told him how much my score went up, half of the points. All he kept telling me was that it was correct. I asked how I can see the breakdown of my points and the reply was 'is there anything else I can help you with'.

Personally, I like playing on the network, but it seems their customer service is pretty much like the cell phone companies or cable. Sorry, you are just mistaken....move on now.

I'm sure they will figure it out soon lol so I'm not too worried about that tbh.

More importantly, I hope they figure out what caused this bug in the first place so they can prevent it. I'm guessing the weekly leaderboard got reset before the payout list was paid out for some reason, probably some kind of software timing error...off by an hour or something simple to fix.

It clearly has to do with the situation. Read again. Maybe that is why you were paid incorrectly or not being paid just like everyone else.

I was trying to help out because of the so called "error" and I do have a screen shot of the Beast from previous week.

No one is deceiving anyone. This is a simple glitch that I am sure they will fix in due time.

Not sure why they even have a live chat system when they are literally too stupid to help with anything. I tried contacting them about the leaderboard not tracking correctly last night until 2 AM EST and they told me it was tracking fine. I guess playing 800 hands and getting 0 points is normal.

yeah i played like 3k hands from 12am to 3am which normally nets around 750 points and I only got 150. definitely seems like they didn't track anything from 12 am to 2am which is pretty dumb

happened to me too with my bonus.. played for 3 days, thousands of hands, got 24 points.. was told it was correct after 40 minutes.. decided its not worth the hassle anymore and i will refuse to play on this dump anymore.

Constant problems with tracking and payouts, changing times and dates for those payouts based on problems is not a way to do business. Just because you have the best option for U.S. players does not mean your business can be sub par and constantly not provide top tier service. Your customer support is god awful.
Instead of just adjusting to the problem and paying after the fact, actually fix the goddamn problems to begin with.

I made the $100 beast last week, in my "financial transactions" it says the $100 from the beast rake race was transferred to my account, but the money hasn't actually been transferred. Are you saying that this $100 will be transferred (along with the likely extra $100 i'll be getting from this week's beast rake race) on sunday?

The number 1 wasn't there a few hours ago and now he's top with 13.7 k points in like 60 games. Also there are about 350 new players on there all off a sudden. Does this happen a lot? Will it get corrected?

I feel this is very unlikely as its never happened before. I would love to check it out for you.
