I dont want to go over so many points people have made but i do want to get this news out there.

We now have live tracking and reporting of what every player contributes to the beast and what you receive back from it. We have had it running for a few weeks now but need to be 100% sure and exact before we can release these figures. One thing i will say, i think everyone will be very surprised at the results you see. I dont want to get into too much detail because its still early in reporting and may not be a true reflection of what the actual final result is. I would say by December the 1st or so we can show post the results. December could be the biggest month for us and i have another announcement coming in the next few days which is going to make December a massive month for us and every player out there.

i've contributed $265.25 to the beast

i am getting much less than that back and that number is dropping regardless of whether i play more hands or no hands between now and the 15th

As i said its not my place. But are you 100% sure this figure is correct? I dont know where you are currently sitting in the beast. But with what you would be awarded in cash and the $55 ticket does that figure not amount to more than your contribution?

100% sure, yes. no, the cash + ticket does not match my contribution nor come close to my contribution. don't want to out my name but i'll just say i'm in the top 70

I'm not sure here, Vigilante, but I think your numbers may not match theirs. If they calculate contribution the same way they do points (and I'm guessing they will), it won't match our method of filtering in PT4. Just tossing that out to you...

Ok i will allow yourself and one other (kinda guy i am). But as i said and feel i should state again. These are early days on the reporting so we also need to make sure they are 100% correct. But i am really interested and i have said a long time ago that the beast is only a good thing. Now i will see if i am going to eat my words ;-)

Can you tell us how the network calculates a players contribution?

From my own personal opinion its not easy to check every hand you have played or contributed in where the money for the beast has been. I could be being very naive right now. But when you fold your sb or bb and how many players are in the pot contributions vary!

I dont want to offend anyone if im talking absolute nonsense right now! But we are here to debate right :-)

It shouldn't be complicated. A simple formula of hands won with min. 4 seeing flop X .25 should work right? I don't wish to sound harsh but this shouldn't be that hard to do.
