Any one else had this problem. i was playing a hyper sit n go when i timed out. hit the deal me in button before other player acted and when he finally acted i and was my turn there was no buttons to do anything

Can you guys get screen shots when this occurs and send them into our support team for us with a note to send to the I.T department, if this is happening frequently for you something i would like to look into.

First thing i will say is please make sure you have windows update fully updated and also video card drivers for your video cards updated as well, most site have autodetection to find your card and get the drivers

This happened to me on BCP when getting moved to a different table in the 5k gtd last night.

It was a new table with 3 people and showed AK as my cards, it wasn't my turn to act yet and the Deal Me In button was there... I clicked it hoping to get it before it auto folded me. The guy before me pushed All-In trying to just steal with the new table move... I was pumped and ready to snap call but there were no buttons! I could click my timer tho and I did so, while ranting in the chat about the WPN fail for the next 1:30

It's all good b/c I went on to win the tourney and could have been out with that shove

Had this happen pretty much the same way before as well. When you immediately change tables (ACR or BCP), the "taking you to another table" prompt stays and you can't click "deal me in" for about 5-8 seconds. I've also switched tables and seen that I was dealt hole cards, but never had a chance to act. I know it's not a driver or video card issue.

I tried to contact the suppport team about getting my money back for the $10 hyper sitngo they basically said nope seemed like the client ran fine....f-u. This is bull im moving sites. They need to shut down and not let anyone play tell this is fixed....lost my business.

When this happens, can you please take a screen shot of the table where you have no buttons, we can not verify if this is an issues unless people can provide some images as on our side, our systems show no errors.

A also suggest people who have had this happen to please follow the info in post #4 about updating drivers and windows.

Did you're guys buttons disappear around the time that add on where being applied?

No it does not just randomly go out its more like when you time out and hit deal me in before its your turn to act no buttons appear when you hit deal me in to act....atleast that is how it happend to me the few times it did.

It's never happened to me like that, but I've heard others complain about it.

One of the old bugs use to happen when you would get your add on. The buttons would disappear if you where involved in the hand. I was wonder if that was happening again.

If you can recreate this, as i was unable to and get a screenshot if it is still occurring for you would be helpful.
