When I look at my HM records, I noticed that there are about 12 player with the name bkrxxxx or bkrxxxxx (x stands for a number). Every one of them has played about several hundreds of hands.

Are the bots? Are they some kind of team play? It is very strange that so many people choose the name bkrxxxxx

No those are players from a sportsbook skin of WPN.

It is much stranger that you believe someone would spend hundreds of hours programming bots only to have all of their accounts frozen because you outsmarted them by figuring out the critical errors they made in their haste when creating their screen names, bot1, bot2, bot3, bot4, bot5, bot6, bot7, bot8, bot9, bot10.
