There is a VERY big problem right now.

Tournaments require a certain minimum number of players registered for them to run. Normally if this minimum is not met, the tournament is cancelled and players receive a refund. Players are not receiving their refunds when these tournaments are cancelled.

I confirmed this bug just now in tournament ID 1380368, which was a $20+2 buyin that was scheduled for 10 minutes ago. It did not meet the minimum, and I definitely did not receive my refund. I had thought I did not receive my refund in some earlier smaller buy-in tournaments, but I wasn't entirely sure until I paid close attention to my bankroll. I'm 100% now I'm missing at least $30 in refunds, and reasonably sure I also missed some from yesterday morning.

This needs IMMEDIATE attention, and the affected players need accurate refunds, please and thank you.

Update:

Going through live chat support I am being manually credited refunds for 4 tournaments from today, totaling $38.50. Would suggest others do the same if you registered for tourneys that didn't run due to not enough players in the last day or two. Also pay very, very close attention to that bankroll when a tournament is coming up that may or may not start!

I had the same issue the other night. Support addressed it but credited tourney bucks instead of cash (I registered with cash). Thats not a big deal to me but they should really credit back the same way you paid.

I can't get Live Chat to work. Also, 'financial reports' aren't working and show no history.

Do these show up in your financial history? Cuz my hu sng that dissapeared nothing showed up in the history but I know for sure $229 was deducted.
