ARC customer support ignoring me? ARC customer support ignoring me?

I got in to a dispute with customer support, on ARC, on February 19th via a long back and forth email chain. It basically ended with them telling me that they were right, I was wrong, and that management had reviewed and closed the case. That is there prerogative, and I dropped the issue.

I am not trying to do anything with that issue now.

The problem is that since I received the last email in that chain, customer service will not respond to me on any issue, at all, via email.

If you push an issue and they close it is it normal for them to start completely ignoring you?

Has this happened to anyone else?

The only issue now is that they will not respond to my emails, but I have emailed about 2 issues.

I considered switching from ACR to blackchip, and want to ask a couple questions.

The only other problem I am having is that my reload bonus progression bar is not working properly. It won't update for days on end, then all of a sudden I have cleared half the bonus.

In the last week I sent a total of 4 emails on both subjects. I have gotten no response at all from any of the 4 emails.

Thank you for the help, I just want to know why they are not responding.

I did want to add, until this issue, the customer service is normally great, and highly responsive. Usually I get replies in 30 to 90 minutes, and they are normally quite helpful.

I'm a little bit worried since it's been 20 days that my check is sent and i haven't got it yet. Also i am from Canada and checks are issued and sent from Canada am i right to say that it's not normal that it takes 20 days to receive it ?



To conclude very very very bad support i have sent multiples messages and i havent get any answer.

Could you let me know when you receive this? I am also from Canada and haven't withdraw by check but have been thinking about it. Thx and gl

I just wanted to post in here, About 2-3 weeks ago we experienced issues with our Mail systems. We were a target of what is known as an NDR attack on some of our domains which in turn had our mail servers put in a "extortion" blacklist site, being UCEPROTECT-Network, which tries to force you to pay to be removed. Unfortunately, Comcast and some other big providers actually use this site as a reference to filter their mail thus resulting in failed email delivery, also while not providing us the proper rejection notifications back to our systems.

Other hosts such as AOL worked fine, but those using some major ISP email service and also Hotmail and Gmail seemed to be the most affected, with Hotmail sometimes letting emails in.

Everything has been cleared up and our Mail system is functioning %110 again so our support wasn't ignoring anyone, they just weren't aware emails were not being delivered at all for players.

Apologies for this, leaving people hanging.
