Hello. When I try to reset the password, the application shows me the message that the email with the password reset link has been sent but does not receive any emails. On the chat they send me the mail manually but still nothing comes and they can not explain why.
This is not the fault of my email. who had similar situations? how do i solve it?

Its probably in a spam filter of some kind. Check your junk mail.

I checked the spam folder. I even added acr to the list of trusted contacts. This is definitely not my email fault. I received those emails with password reset link few months ago with no problems on same email adress.
