Since at least the last 2 weeks, the prize structure has not been loading in the Mac client. It doesn't load for any tournament game. The blind structure loads fine, just not the prize structure. It'd give a client error in the main lobby every time I clicked on prize structure in a tournament lobby but I told it to stop telling me.

Sometimes a table or the client will freeze and I have to reopen the table and/or restart the client. When I do this, the tournament information box with your position, avg stack, and smallest stack stops working. I was two-tabling, I had to reopen one table but not the other, and the tournament information box, which had been working on both tables, stopped working on the table that I had to reopen but continued to work on the other table. Then in the Million Dollar Sunday, I had to reopen the table at one point and for the rest of the tournament, the information box didn't work. But in general it does work just fine.

The prize structure is loading for satellites but still nothing for any other tournament. However, the prize structure that is loading for satellites does not even appear to be correct. It gives the prize structure as 1st gets a seat and no one else gets anything regardless of the number of entries.

Replayer doesn't work in mac version. Otherwise, I do like that there is a mac client available. I do wish that is was close to the same as the Windows version. It's way not there yet but it works.

I also would like the clubs in the 4 color deck to be green.

Replayer has been working for me on the Mac client in the most recent update.

Haven't played in a while. Is the Mac software worth getting into or is it mega buggy? Also, is there a HUD that is ACR-Mac friendly?

Encountered similar problems with ACR Mac client. Extremely slow loading lobby, tables etc. Filters not working. Using Early 2011 Macbook Pro running 10.9.5

This fix worked for me:

On your Mac, go into System Preferences and click on Flash Player Tab

Click on Advanced Tab and Delete all Browser Data and Settings.

Then Updates Tab. Make sure NPAPI and PPAPI plug-ins are both updated. If not, update them. Make sure "Allow Adobe to install updates" is checked so won't have same problem in future.

After doing this, ACR Mac works great. Much smoother and more efficient. No more lag or slow loading. And, Filters work!! Woo-hoo!!!

Hope this helps.

Is anyone else getting a "Connecting To Server..." message at the moment?

You can also do what worked for me

1. Select ACR software
2. Click delete
3. Never play on POS site again

Saved me a lot of aggravation.

That's wrong. There are quite a few poker sites with excellent Mac clients.

Yet no inherent reason why

There's gotta be something you can do to make this abysmal software run better. I literally can't 2 table HU without getting a spinny wheel/software freeze that lasts for like 5 seconds after I click anything. And I mean anything. Absolutely atrocious.
