(1) I get empty lobby for a few seconds, but then it fills up just fine.

(2) The "checking for updates" thing happened to me at one point. I think just quitting and restarting did the trick.

also looking for answers? Client opens but nothing else happens, lobbies etc are empty

edit: closed and reopened several times to no avail, uninstall and reinstall did work - not happy with the lag and other issues mentioned previously

Those of you experiencing the white screen (no tables loading), did that only happen to you on your initial install? In other words, once the tables loaded, it didn't happen again.

Good news. Jackpot Poker is in QA testing for the Mac Client

I closed then re-opened client several times since re-installing it and
yes the white screen only happened on initial install/open.

not only do none of the tables load (white screen) but many of the buttons do not work. Cashier won't open, i even try to go up to the setting my account and deposit will not open either

It would probably help the developers to see what your Mac's setup is.

I run ACR on a 2012 Macbook Air running El Capitan and on a 2015 Mac Mini running El Capitan. It works well on both of my systems, though it becomes laggy once I hit 5+ tables. I don't have the screen space for more than six tables, but I do not think it would even function at that point with the RAM/processor that I have.

Still had money on there so I figured I would play with some of the worst. Nice job knocking me out of the 1k grnt. The second bullet was luckier. I won.

when can we expect the full, bug free version to come out? is there a timeline on this or no

WPN Rep why is this software just so slow? I mean its response time is really bad, everything is delayed. If you want to play 3-4 tables good luck because every table becomes a 5-8 second delay on each action. It becomes a game of hoping you make an action before the software folds your hand. And the time banks dont auto engage everytime, its like a 50/50 chance it auto engages even if you have time available. Its not a even playing field when a PC player can play 14 tables with no lag or delay but a mac player cant even play 2 tables without super lag low response timed software. Am I the only one experiencing this massively slow mac software, are there some settings to turn off to make it quicker because its really bad in its current state.

My first guess is you may want to check out your connection or machine. You can check out poker videos at dragthebar.com where I 4 table on the Mac software with a Macbook Air on my home wifi with no delay. I've not heard any other reports of 5-8 second delay on actions.

Will you ever be adding stud cash games to the mac client? They are still available to play on the windows version.

I run a 2012 MacBook Air

If I am running Poker CoPilot with ACR then 4 tables is the max before it starts to get a bit laggy. 6 tables is, well, not so good.

Tonight I was streaming a Presidential debate while running ACR and Poker CoPilot. The debate, a YouTube stream in Chrome, was smooth as butter, and Chrome had no trouble at all. Everything in ACR was happening 1-2 seconds after my mouse click action. Fortunately, the action always seemed to register, so I could (for example) click check/fold in one table and then immediately move to the next to place a bet.

I'll comment on something I commented on more than once above - Adobe Air apps tend to use more resources than a similar native app would. I understand why a company such as WPN would choose to code in Air, I just think that the choice limits how good of an experience your customers can have.

Few issues still looming:

1. I found a solution to the lobby not loading. When it arrives at the login screen click cancel. Wait a few moments and the tables will load. Then log in.

2. Unable to add to waitlist. This is very frustrating. Anyone else able to join waitlists?

3. To open cashier you need to do the same steps as #1. Click cancel when logging in and click cashier. It will bring you to a web browser where you can log in from there.

4. Unable to see rewards

I'm on a macbook pro running OS X El Capitan ver 10.11.2

Steve from Poker Copilot here. I want to make sure Poker Copilot is not causing any lag. We work hard to make it run as smoothly and quickly as possible, even when running lots of tables and lots of other programs. When you close Poker Copilot and multi-table, does ACR still lag?

I'll check, and thanks.

So getting the client to run consistently on my Mac still isn't a thing. And whenever I launch, I get an Adobe Air Installer as well... wtf?...

You can guess three times what the software is based on.

SPINNING BEACH BALL UPDATE

1 - The beach ball appears whether or not I am running HUD software (Copilot)

2 - The beach ball appears even when I have closed resource heavy apps on my Mac

3 - It did not show up until the most recent ACR update and/or Adobe Air update

4 - It seems to happen whenever ACR has to update a hand history file as one hand ends and the other begins. Since, when multitabling, there are hands ending regularly, I encounter regular delays.

Mid 2012 MacBook Air, 4 GB RAM

WPN Rep - I tested again today. There is clearly something wrong with either (a) this version of the client or (b) the way it is interacting with the current version of Air.

I think the issue has something to do with the Hand History files, since it is caused by one hand ending and the next beginning.

More than once I have lost 5 seconds to the spinning beach ball, which puts me at a disadvantage compared tro non Mac players.

Mac Client won't even load anymore.

So now the lobby will open for me but I can't register anything. When I click the register button it just says "waiting for money...". WTF is going on here?
