Same, it was a bit of a challenge to set up properly, but aside from acting a bit clunky with my HUD, it's ok. I can comfortably 6 table and aside from some small lags it's usually fine.

Anyone else ever accidentally re-entered a tournament just clicking ok on the dialogue after you bust? I've done it twice in the last week now. Seems particularly scummy that the button is bright green and the leave tournament button is greyed out and barely visible.

I've played less than 100 tourneys on here and it's only happened twice so it's not a huge deal but it's annoying as hell when it happens, especially with 5 hour late reg in some cases. Sometimes I bust a tourney in some gross way and just want the table gone as soon as possible and before I know it I'm seated with a fresh stack Make it stop.

Okay here's the deal. I find multi-tabling up here to suck. If I tile it makes them so small I cant read anything or same thing if I cascade even if it's only three tables.

What size monitor are you using? I have a 27" iMac and I usually tile 6 cash game tables, 6-max. I have no problems seeing everything. The biggest problem I have is the software starts freezing a bit, but maybe that's on my end because my internet is garbage (fixing that **** in about a month when I move). I recently dropped to 4 tables instead and the freezing problem doesn't happen as much.

Running ACR on Mac, runs mostly okay but had an issue where at one point it said "hand history has been corrupted" and since then none of my hands will save and the replayer is greyed out. Anyone else have this happen?

I downloaded the Mac client for the 1st time to try it out, wow. I didn't even bother to play a hand.

Is no one concerned that the Mac client doesn't follow normal Mac software security standards? When I tried installing the client, my Mac put up a security warning. The net effect of them bypassing Apple's security is the software is more likely to be able to do some "funny business" on our computers without us knowing about it.

Thoughts?

Does anyone else have the following issues with the Mac client to the point that it's nearly unplayable:

-I find that the auto engage time bank feature works sometimes, not others. It's got to the point that in important spots I need to make a decision before it even gets there or I'm taking a huge risk of having my hand folded. I've folded the nuts several times in large pots when this feature decides not to work. Ensue rigorous monkey tilt.

-Client runs very slow in general, there's constantly a delay between when I click a button and the action actually happens. Spinning wheel appears very often.

-Client randomly makes me sit out during cash games for no apparent reason at all. This is EXTREMELY tilting and at times happens seemingly like once every 5 minutes. I then have to either post or wait an entire orbit to play again.

Just wondering if other people are experiencing the same issues or it's something with my Mac.

The only one on your list that I experience is your second complaint about the software freezing. Happens quite a bit, but I put up with it.

Yes, all of these manifestations happen on my mid-2014 quad core MBP!!!

I had to stop laughing before I wrote this!! It is sooo common and your discriptions of tilt were hilariously factual in my experience. So much so I am considering getting a Windows machine (strictly for poker as Parallels constantly lets me down running poker apps) just to avoid this in the future.

Damn that really indicated on the tilt due to the software glitches!!!!!!!

Check your OSX firewall and allow the connections for the app, check to make sure Adobe Flash is updated and or installed, check your antivirus software if you installed any and let app through.

Those are the main things that can stop it beyond a poor or cellular internet connection. 😀

Trying to download the client from ACR and keeps coming up as corrupted when I install it. Anyone else getting this phenomena?

Solved by giving the MBP a tuneup on startup databases.

Make sure you have your "allow app downloaded" permissions in system preferences->security and privacy-> general (tab) set to anywhere.

That fixed my issue

Had the same issue you did, changed my privacy settings, still said the file was damaged/incomplete. How exactly did you fix this? Not quite sure what is meant by a "tuneup on startup databases". Thanks

If you can't get ACR to work, google ignition poker. It's completely anonymous as you're assigned a number when you sit at the table instead of a username, but the fish seem to love that. It gives them a warm and fuzzy knowing that they can get up and sit at a new table without anyone knowing who they are.

I had the same problem and tried using these steps you listed to no avail. Then tried uninstalling/reinstalling and am now getting this error right before the client is finished installing:

edit: having trouble putting the screenshot in the post. Can some mod PM me how to do it?

Anyone else having this problem? I also talked with live support and they said currently they are having issues with their software with Sierra specifically (although I had this same problem on OS x before updating to Sierra)
