Hi everyone,

I have been gambling on Americas card room for a bout 2 years now. Never had a problem with there software or there money processor, but recently I truly believe I was taken for my money and will never be paid by them. They promised me about 8,500$ that I never received. They told me in June that it would be sent and in my account within a month, that extended to possibly 3 months, now its been over 5 months with no money in my account. 4 weeks ago they offered to send a check and said it would be here within 2-3 weeks. Its now over 4 weeks and still no check.

I have waited for over 6 months to receive my money and am very saddened that they would either not care and try to fix the issue and refuse to pay me the money they promised.

I have emails to back everything, here is one from August:

Sincerely, we apologize for the inconveniences you have faced in our site and hope to emend ourselves for the future. Also as previously stated we do have confirmation from the processor that these transactions were refunded, however due to security policies we cannot provide any kind of tracking number. Nevertheless we have been trying to get additional information from them since we have done this procedure several times and have never experienced such a delay. Rest assure that as soon as we hear from them we will surely contact you with additional information regarding this situation. Once again we offer our sincere apologies.

We appreciate your patience and collaboration in this matter since an exception was granted to help with your particular case.

Here is one from Late october: over 4 weeks after the check was sent out:
Dear Mr. -----------,

Greetings from America’s Card Room; it is a pleasure to be of your assistance.

Your check was sent via regular mail to the following address, back on October 10:

xxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxx

xxxxx

Usually it takes from 3 to 5 weeks for the check to arrive.

Thanks for your understanding; if you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

Now I email them and they say they are looking into it again, but after 6 months of waiting for a withdrawl I finally moved to Carbon poker, and lock poker. Both great websites and haven't had a problem with a withdrawl (YET)

I am very hurt and angry about this situation. If a company changes a time frame for a withdrawl over 10 times in 6 months, it starts to look sketchy and I would really re-think trusting your money on there website.

Anyone else experience something like this?

I have experienced some difficulties with them as well. One time it took over 3 months to get my money. It wasn't even worth the wait when I could have gone elsewhere, like a real casino, and got my money the night of. Very disappointing to hear someone else have the same issue.

You must not have tried to withdraw from Lock then. People have been waiting a year for lock cashouts.

WPN is normally pretty good with cashouts, and according to their emails its the processors fault(which is completely possible). It's annoying, but they will get you your money.

by no means is ACR perfect but this sounds off... You were waiting for one $8500 check or withdrawal? is that for numerous withdrawals? How you have been playing on ACR for 2 years and just started a 2+2 account is a bit odd. Anytime I've had an issue it was cleared up by support rather quick (like hours or days) so the fact that you are claiming months sounds crazy.

And please do not refer to Lock as a "great" site...they only thing they are great at is robbing people which somehow they still seem to do. Please dont feed the Lockness monster
