americas card room account suspended

For some reason today my account on americas card room was suspended.
When i ask for a reason they say im a high risk for fraud according to a site they cannot tell me. i have no idea how they got that but w.e its their rules. Then i see that my black chip poker account is fine, and i can log in. The support guy confirms that this account is ok to play on. Now this makes abs no sense to me. Also i have a ton of sportsbets on my americas card room account which i cant do anything about.
Am i just ****ed or is there anything i can do

never mind after an hour with support fianlly got access to my account back
