I participated in it and looked up the pay outs. It said 30 places. I sit through 100s of players and go out in 30th. They give me 30.00 instead of a place in the tourney. They said 30 spots in the high roller, this is a definite immoral spec on their integrity and now acr's support is dodging me.

They paid 30 places but only guaranteed 20 seats.

Yeah the same thing happened last week as well. Said 20 seats but actually gave out 27 the window said 30 places paid and since you cant view anything past what the window shows you cant be sure how many are seats and who gets leftover cash unless you manually divide the prizepool by the cost of seats which doesnt always add up right either.

Just know on BCP/ACR when they reach the first seat to be given out the tournament ends if it keeps going with 30 players when it says 30 players paid then its not up to the seats yet and they are giving out cash that doesnt equal a seat.

Not sure what you two are talking about. Click the "Prize Structure" button and scroll down. It shows every single position and what it pays.

Yes, you must wait till after late reg ends. Because the prize pool is still not finalized.

I was unaware, I looked in the lobby and it said 30 places so on the shortstack i shoved a10 not knowing it only placed 27. So I was pissed to say the least, I could have outlasted another 3 or even taken the c note instead of the 38$. I should have paid more attention but I don't think they should say 30 places, it's a bit deceptive imo.

It is not deceptive at all. The tournament did pay 30 places. You got 30th place and got paid right? Almost all satellites pay a place or two in cash less than the amount of the seat for the target tournament.

For some reason it didn't in this satellite. I noticed the same thing, but I just used logic and divided the prize pool buy 530 to verify that I was right (that 28-30th would get cash.)

I'm not justifying the error, just explaining. If you've been on WPN for a little while, it should have been obvious, and if not you should really be verifying these things instead of making assumptions.

fwiw, the tourney just ends once everyone has the max prize in satties. it's a mistake you probably only make once.
