My guess is that we are not being told the whole story from op. Unfortunately, WPN most likely won't be able to share much, if any details so unless this thread is locked we will continue to hear only one side of the story

While the network can criticized for how they operate I don't believe the reps here would leave a person twisting in the wind. There must be something that hasn't been communicated clearly enough on some level. I hope you get your answers.
