hello,
my name is alessandro and im italian.
i'm sorry for my bad english and mistakes, i try to do my best.

4 days ago someone tried to cashout money from my balance with bitcoin.
i saw the request in my cashier and i canceled it.
then i asked support for info and for help.
my idea was to change my login details (username and password)
the security team locked my account for security reason and told me that they need 72 hours for investigations.
i sent to support all my details, my history, my docs and all information they need to verify my identity to ensure that i'm the owner of the account.
after more than 4 days my account is still locked and i dont know why.
every time i ask for info they asnwer with the same mail.
i have only about 735$ on my balance, but i want it back.

what can i do? can someone help me?

Doesn't sound like a scam yet. Sure they have to do their due diligence.

That said they should improve communication and speed in these situations.

how many days i have to wait before i can define it a scam?
i didnt break any rule of the poker room.
i asked for help and now it's like i were the cheater.
if they can't find the cheater it's not a big problem.
after 4 days i don't care about cheaters, i want only my account back

just go into another thread and look for winning td he is the rep for acr.
