I am new to ACR, and won a satellite to the $109 $50k HS Wednesday today. My goal was to add it to my short grind today and use it at a later date.

I was shocked to find I was automatically late reg'd for the tournament. I've never seen this before on any site. I also looked in the tournament lobby I won and there is nothing indicating that a specific date for the tournament must be played.

The worst part is I don't think I'll be able to play for more than a few hours today which is well before ITM. What a waste!

This definitely happens on pokerstars as well unless indicated otherwise.

Standard for most sites. Sucks that you wasted so much time but think of all the valuable experience you gained. If you look at it that way its a positive and not a negative!

Yea happens, to me also. Asked support for tournament bucks and they fought me bitterly not to give it to me even lied to me telling me supervisor can't do it,they can but they won't usually. Try giving them a bullsh*t excuse. The HS 50K Wednesday was uneventful it played like a $0.50 MTT

Do i understand this correctly?

guy sattelites into tourney

guy wants to play intended tourney on a seperate date, but is forced to enter late reg

guy makes a thread on 2p2 complaining about the sattelite policy

guy ends up winning the tourney for 12.6k 8 hours later

today is not april fools correct?

just saying epic thread
