because of the server crash i was only able to play few hands in my sngs, Acr refund me in these couple. my friend was in way more and the blinds were bigger and they told him because he played more then 1 hand during the crash and server fail they will not give him his money back.

they paid me even know I was in same spot as him and played few hands.

stealing money from some players.

WPN rep got any lies to add to this? or maybe your not like acr support, hopefully the latter

I never said i would not give my name out. I will, just give your tournaments history from that hour, and show me the email from Acr about your refunds.

I will even go to table and talk to you prove its me, i am sure he wont mind saying his name either

there is nothing wrong from people knowing each from forums and playing in same sng when there are only couple sites that offer sngs and have few running, and only acr has rakerace, which will probably attract sngs regs from other sites to that know each other to play

the point is I think you made money off the players sitting out this time. I dont think that will always happen. I think a random person who is least affected will make money of the people worst affected.

if you say you were affected just as much I want prove, and since you want my name then its sounds like we got something to trade lol.

I am concerned about this because i plan to go for rakerace and dont want to worry about getting no refund when acr goes down again and i am in 400+ in sngs and from what i read it goes down often.
