Just saw on their Facebook page sng 2.0 won't be released until November now.

Did they mention which year?

I assume they will announce the year in december

We've had set backs in development with this. We're a couple months behind. I'll give a date after we're closer to being finished.

a couple months behind.. so you will spin it as "we said we are releasing this in October.. 2017. Have to say, with a degree in business, your company is going about this completely backwards. I understand things happen, but the professionalism with all of these issues is down right terrible. You want to go above and beyond for the customers.
I know its not your fault winning_td. but people that play poker talk to other poker players. Word of mouth is a strong marketing component. The people are only talking about the severe negatives with ACR. If you want to continue to build a customer base, you have to do a better job than any other competitive poker site. You have to be better than Pokerstars, 888, etc. With constant problems and delays, it will only drive people away.

Thanks for giving us the heads up. But you gotta know, saying October and then not delivering is worse than saying nothing at all. My home game was excited for this product. But now that it's not here, they're over it. And when you finally start promoting it in a few months, it's too late.

Ummm anybody who has ever played poker as more than a hobby will be fine depositing on WPN. Also, new customers thankfully aren't coming here for advice from you and the site continues to grow.

Let's be honest. You seem more like a "win $ in freerolls then lose it in other games" type of guy, but if you're not, I'm sure WPN won't miss your one-time deposit and neither will the players that would take it. As I have to tell most of the scorned players here, your deposits or your decision to play on the site you bash so much doesn't give you any special privileges.

Basically you can be mad and post things that make 0 sense hoping it somehow hurts WPN player pool or stops new depositors, but it clearly isn't working.

All bot threads here should be deleted, they have 0 proof. I think WPN has been very generous to allow you guys to whine and cry without any proof. How can you expect a guy to respond to you when you're such an ***hole? You don't get to be a dick and still get what you want Dylan. Edit: It's not shocking to me SNG 2.0 is behind. It seems like a large undertaking and should hopefully be perfect when launched. I agree WPN shouldn't give release dates. Even ones as vague as "November". Because that will only bring trolls like these to the threads. These spoiled brats are used to random presents throughout the year, so giving them a date for one and not being able to gift them really pisses them off. Now you have somehow wronged them and they are going to have to go to school tomorrow and tell everyone they didn't get that new toy.

You know I wasn't going to make a post here as Winning_td and I had a discussion and he tried to make things right which I appriciated. But this post takes the cake. You should be glad people are pissed. It shows they care otherwise they would just walk away in silence.

When a company constantly says changes are coming, gives timelines and fails to meet them that should the people at the top are not only failing the customers but their employees also. The ceo needs to go, it obvious.

Also, by coddling the network you are doing more harm then good. You should be pushing WPN to exceed expectations not failing to meet them. That's when you will see a big influx of new players, not by trying to mute what you perceive as negative attention.

If something was obvious it shouldn't be disputable. ACR has experienced unprecedented growth in the last year while most networks have contracted. Not meeting deadlines doesn't change the fact that they still are able to provide their service, promos and tournament series.

I also would prefer that they under promised and overdelivered but I can say that without making such outlandish statements.

Well in my eyes the network hasn't even come close to being the place to play that it should be. To use a sports analogy, if you have a team built that can win a championship and fails to do so the coach is usually the one who gets removed first. And don't get me wrong, the network has done some positive things but I think it is fair to say much of the growth has to do with the other sites dropping the ball rather than wpn picking it up and running with it.

But if we simply look at the missed deadlines to me that is grounds enough for a dismissal. It shows a lack of communication and organization and not only is it letting the customers down it puts the people on the frontlines to have to deal with irate customers. How would you like to work for someone who puts you in a position like that?

If you look at pokerscout they have had a 33% increase in traffic last 6 months while if you were able to look at the previous 6 months they had basically doubled but that's no longer available data. The previous data however is purchasable through pokerscout if there is a huge desire to see it.

The Dollaro network was in the top 10 of the Pokerscout list once upon a time... most of its 'traffic' consisted of bots, and its payment agents were notoriously unreliable. So the traffic stat proves nothing if it's considered in a vacuum.

To maybe try to make something positive out of this would it possible for Winning_TD to quickly put together some alternative games? For example, as much as I was looking forward to trying out sng 2.0 I would be just as happy if they put out some step sngs for something like a $109 ticket or whatever. Anything that I feel can up my table count ( not jackpots though) would be much welcomed by me. Just idea I thought to throw out there.
