ACR new SNG 2.0 ACR new SNG 2.0

Well I got my Card Player Magazine in the Mail today and saw the SNG 2.0 was on the front cover. Thought that was pretty cool. Hopefully, it can bring in some new players.

Is there any data on the traffic of these games?? Be interested to see if the game is growing or did it die down after the hype.

Took the pressure off of me....

Nice job with the changes. Much much better imo. A couple things still need a look.

1. When I have 10 tables running and I bust out of one, the window that pops up asking if I'd like to register another tourney doesn't work. If I click yes the box just disappears and the table I busted out of remains there. I have to manually close the table and then manually register in a single tourney. Not a big deal but that's what happens.

2. Pressing the enter key when the action is on you causes a minraise to happen. So if Im typing in chat and then press enter to send the chat, the chat doesn't get sent but it forces a minraise instead. No bueno.

I haven't noticed any more problems with seating but tbh I haven't seen any of the same players I was playing with last week at any of my tables recently.

I'm excited for the future of sng 2.0. I hope these take off in a big way. So far I've only played in the $5 2.0's and they're incredibly soft. The softest I've seen in many years.

I just had a SNG 2.0 freeze on me. We are 6 handed, blinds 75/150, there's a single blind that is all in for 65. Everyone folds to the all in player and we haven't been dealt a hand now for 15 minutes. All of my other games are working fine. How do I go about reporting this to support?

What you need to do is email support for the skin you are on and report it.

Was refunded my money, plus a buy-in. Thanks WPN

The client crashed on me while playing SnG 2.0 on the 3rd at about 10PM when I had about $70 in buyins loaded. I emailed back and forth with support and finally got an email back today about 10 minutes after it crashed again today. I had $200 or so worth of buyins loaded when it crashed again at about 10PM. I was told that I would not be getting refunded for the first time it crashed and can't understand how when that's the only issue I had on my computer was the 2.0. I tried reloading the client and the second that the tables came back up, the client crashed again. I was hoping that after the update this would stop happening, clearly not. Now I'm just hoping to get my money back

mine still crashes semi-frequently, with way more than $70 in buy-ins running

never received a refund and don't expect to, not even going to email them. what they need to do is find out the cause and fix it.

This is amazing. Five years ago I was saying that they should forget about new promotions and put all available resources on fixing the technical issues.

Recently someone posted that on his other site there had never been a crash or a freeze. I reported the same thing. The "It happens to all the other sites" argument is getting old. It was happening on ACR before I had ever heard of a DDOS attack.

I have been playing exclusively on another site for the last three months, doing some hardcore grinding to increase my bankroll on site #2. It's partly because I'm hoping that ACR will get fixed while I'm gone, and partly because I want to have more options. Playing tournaments on both sites will give me more options for what tournaments I play and when.

Here are my results on site #2.
MTTs played: 120
Bankroll: 5 times what it was in January.
Tournaments where there was any lagging or freezing: 0

By other sites, do you mean other WPN sites than ACR?
04-10-2017 , 01:37 PM

Anyone else seeing this? Wondering if it's just down for the moment (no options to buy in).

^^ Seems to be fixed.

I like the changes that were made, but games have been very laggy for me since the update. And now I'm having cards left on the table from the initial drawing (see screenshot). Also, the sound gets messed up by about the time the 3rd table loads.

thank you for this, we will look into it asap. Seems like the graphics are not refreshing properly for some reason.

I never got refunded during the $69 jackpot promos. I just had to deal with the crashes *sigh*

By glitching i mean the SNG stopped dealing cards and just froze. The table was stuck in place like 5 hours later still and a few players were chatting here and there. No cards being dealt just stuck. Was 5 of us left when it happened.

Everybody said they would email support which i did.I'm sure support will get back to me soon and make it right.

NVM. I wasn't redeeming my rake and it auto redeemed into my account as a similar amount. Still waiting.

Got the refund.

*BTW I emailed them 4 days ago. So perhaps give them a little bit to look through it all if in a similar spot. They have to look through each case one-by-one.

WPN_Rep could we please get the disconnect timebank added in? Alot of people that multitable these experience software crashes frequently. Disconnect bank could help alleviate that problem until the crashing can be fixed..

I haven't played in wpn in a very long time. The first issue was tournaments last way too long. So i checked into my account and i notice this acr 2.0 and theres ton of pages on this topic.

I watched that 2.0 video of what happens when you get 3 gold cards and also the 9 green cards etc. First off, how many times has this happened? I mean i can't imagine this happening more than 2 times at the very max? Basically in the video it mentions you need the players to pick 3 gold cards and 9 total green cards. Is that correct?

I mean how many times often does even just one gold card gets chosen where you play for the mini jackpot? So you need 1 gold card to be chosen and 9 green cards? Does anyone know on average how many green cards are usually picked before a red card is chosen? Im going to take a guess and say well its around 1.

Also can someone post the buyin/payout chart for the 5.50, 11 and the 27.50 sng? Im assuming the 55 and 109 never goes. Apparently you cannot view any of these games as an observer?

When i first saw this, this seemed very exciting. However, even having 3 green cards in a row is well unlikely.

I summarized some of the info and put the prize pools into terms of buyins (not including the 10% fee).
