What it does tell us is that it's normal poker instead of some adding gimmicky new rules to the game itself. There was a sentence on the ACR page that made this uncertain:
"My new E-book will help players better understand how to optimally play the many formats this new product will offer."
So "many formats" appears to just mean different payout structures. Coulda been some crazy random rule structures like deuces wild, 6-street poker, last bettor is first to act, reversed blinds or forced dealer straddle, big antes, 3-suit poker, random button position, fixed limit structure preflop, etc. Random prizepool + random gimmick or something.
