The seating deal continues to be ignored. I agree with most that have said its not really something that is helping or hurting anyone necessarily. My concern is that if the network thinks there is nothing wrong here, its really ****ing scary that they are this clueless about their software. Glad to see some things are being changed but this being treated like its not a issue is honestly one of the strangest things ive seen from this network.

yeah I'm having that at least twice a day , but I'm only playing 2.0 maybe that's why

client crashes too frequently, yes. always jackpot or SNG 2.0 related

sunday night from 10:30pm ET - 12:30 am ET, i was registered for a 27 , 50 and 100 buy in 2.0 SNG and none of them ever went off. I Thought for sure id get some action on a sunday night in the higher buy in ones, where the hell are all the players?

Is happy hour glitching for these?

I had three games last night that started during happy hour but finished after happy hour was over. I'm also missing three games worth of happy hour bonus points from last night, but not sure if it was due to those three finishing after happy hour.

So I'm wondering if the happy hour time determination has changed or if it's just a random glitch. (It used to be any game that starts during happy hour gets the double points.)

yea it would be nice if the crashing could be addressed next. adding a d/c timebank would help alot until the crash can be fixed

2 buyins were deducted from my account while ACR didn't even register me in the games
I got a message saying that there is an error contact support , but the money was deducted

Edit 1: They closed the chat without fixing my issue. I'm still short 4 buy-ins of games that never came up. This is a confusing situation so I don't hold it against them. In queue again, we'll see what happens.

Edit 2: Told me to contact them in hour if the funds aren't there. They recognize now that there is a widespread issue. Not a big deal. Will try again later.

*EDIT* LOL WTF SNG 2.0 crashes just like the JP 2.0s *FML* (I crashed twice now... 2nd time on the river)

How can you multi table these if they keep crashing. 3 times total so far.

@Sil3ntness FWIW I've never had any in-game crashes and have done up to 7 at a time. I'm on Windows 10 with a pretty basic 5 year old desktop.

Yeah I dc'd from all 2.0 games too. Not gonna bother contacting support as Im sure theyre swamped atm. I posted my problem and all affected tourney id's in the downtime and disconnect thread.

I just wanted to point out again that there is definitely a bug with the seating. I've played many of these this week and player ace_85 is in the seat to my direct right every single time we are in the same tourney. He's the one that initially pointed it out to me. At first I thought it was paranoid **** but its true. We've played in quite a few together.

Im thankful wpn is bringing new games to us and I wish them the best in getting everything running smoothly.

im using windows 7 and also crash daily. any1 else using windows 10 that crashes/doesn't crash? jwing might switch os if fixes it. I only play jps but it only ever happens when im registering for a new game, not sure about 2.0

I'm on Windows 10 and it crashes sometimes when I alt tab during middle of a game.

I use windows 8 and never have crashed and only are dc when it is site wide. But then again I dont play tons of games on acr, just 1-2 table so that may also impact how it runs.

I tested registering and starting a game before happy hour. When it finished inside happy hour, I received the bonus points. So it seems the problem is the end time is being used rather than the start time to determine when to award happy hour bonus points.
