So i leave for a a few week to play the live tournaments and come back to go after beast. In the past i have had the client crash once or twice a week 15 +tabling cash but since returning over the last two days my client has crashed over 7 times. All when i mass tabling and client lock up and window forces it to shut down. Its not a pc issue as same pc and brand new with plenty of ram and cpu. Any one else having these? I even turn off all program table tamer h2n etc still crashing...... it pretty anooying to 15 table and get sat out during hand prob down over 500 alone this week on disconnects.

Ya before patch once or twice a week, now its once or twice a day. I highly doubt its a computer issue probably just wpn software.

Probably crash an average of 2 times a day which appears as a freeze. Seems to mostly happen when a table auto closes due to table tamer but could be ACR itself. So not sure if same problem or not.

I also use table tamer but can confirm the freezing will happen even if the table is closed manually. So my suspicion is it has something to do with the lobby popping back up after a table close-out. Whether or not it's the client or table tamer, IDK.

I have to constantly watch that the action blinker is blinking at the table on whoever it is to act. This BS happens about once every hour to me, as my internet is running flawlessly (surfing web with high speed as it freezes, playing fine on other site).

I have to close all tables manually, and then click "take my seat" manually after finding each tournament again in the lobby. Infuriating, tilting stuff. And every SINGLE TIME, doing this fixes it IMMEDIATELY. The fact that is the case is maddening as hell. Fix your software, WPN.

Yeah ACR has been crashing for me lately too. I also use Table Tamer and PT4.

Do you guys send in your log files when you restart because with those it can show us why your client crashes. It doesnt happen for everyone infact its quite a minority so there could be many different reasons why

Just to clarify, there's "crash" and "freeze". I'm not sure which applies to OP, but those words are getting mixed up here.

The freeze, like Thrash mentioned, happens for about 30-45 seconds or so, seemingly at random, but when it does happen, it happens after a table closes and the lobby pops up. I'm not sure if this is WPN related or table tamer.

There is also a crash bug I've experienced while using table tamer if I don't drag and drop a table smoothly into a slot, but I believe this one is preventable if one is careful (wait until the colored box pops up, then drop).

I cannot open the rewards tab or cashier in ACR, period. BlackChip takes forever to open and I have to try it many many times. Anyone have these issues?

Through trial and error I may have figured out how to prevent this, or least to a high degree. Now I can go days and many sessions without experiencing it.

It's 100% related to games closing out and the lobby popping up, so...

1) I keep two windows open, never minimized. Account + Lobby. IDK if this matters but it's part of my test and I didn't try it another way.

2) When a table finishes, whether by win or loss, including x'ing out, don't click on anything. Let table tamer close the table and have the lobby pop back up without interfering. Resist the urge to focus a table. Give it 1-3 seconds before taking any action.
