ACR HUDs/Hand Histories disabled?

I started playing on ACR today for the first time in about a month, and my HUD would stop tracking hands after the first 1 or 2 hands I played. On the main client, I get a notification that says "Unable to create hand history at specified folder. Your hand history saving is disabled". When I contacted support, it was unclear whether hand histories are down across the site or if I was blocked from creating hand histories because I use a HUD. Is anybody else having this problem/have you figured a way to get around it? My HUD hasn't been working on cash games or SNGs.

what hud are you using

I haven't played a cash session since Thursday, my last session PT4 worked normally. What HUD are you using?
There were a bunch of lag and disconnect issues yesterday afternoon/night maybe this attributed to the issue you're having.
