I've been playing in ACR for almost 6 months now. About 2 months ago I changed my account to Flat Rakeback which is 27% rakeback.
So I need to get payed 27% of what I pay in rake.
I noticed some irregularities in rakeback payments for awhile but I thought I'm paranoid , But as It turns out , I'm not! And ACR is not paying the rakeback correctly.
Here is the proof:
Rakeback configuration on HEM:



My graph from May 1st till May 31st:



As you can see , I have to receive $140.55 (My Winnings: -$367.31 , My Winnings with Rakeback: -$226.75 , So you can calculate the difference and get to this number)

And here is what ACR payed me (according to their own system):



Sum it up ==> $94.9
So , Where is the rest of it? $45.65 is missing!!!

So I did the gentle thing first , I sent an email to " rakeback at sign americascardroom.eu" About 40 hours ago and I still haven't get an answer.

So , I want a REP to explain here why is this happening and why my email is not getting answered?


If anyone else had some issue like this , I would appreciate you sharing it right here.

Do you have an active bonus you're clearing? That may be one reason for the discrepancy.

Also, I think part of the rake goes toward The Beast, and you're not paid rakeback on that amount. That may also be the reason for the two different numbers.

No I had no bonus being cleared at the mentioned time.

About Beast and JP , Yeah that could be a reason. But 1/3 of my RB goes to this!? I doubt that!!
And If it does , I think it should be a clear topic about this on TOS! I haven't found any... (maybe I'm not looking for it well!?)

Yeah, it can be tricky finding info on ACR's site sometimes. I just looked through their website to try to find a link to show you, but I couldn't find anything. I just started playing on ACR again a few days ago, so I forgot a lot of the site's policies. Hopefully, someone more knowledgeable comes in with a better explanation.

He sent me a PM. I already have cleared this up.

He was paid the right amount based on how much he raked!
