So im logged into acr waiting for the cage to start since i qualified and it kicks me off saying "Your account is suspended. Please contact management staff." The cage starts in 16 minutes and it says that everytime I try to log back on...

Well I had to call support, they didn't tell me why it said my account was suspended but I got it back and I think they just gave me $999 for the cage instead of me playing it...

so 50 minutes after my account got locked I get this email...

Assuming the account issue gets sorted out, sounds like they still owe you $51. If you qualify for a tournament, you should get entry + fee, not entry - $1. (Bizarre.)

Same deal happened with me. The just made me answer a few basics questions and let me back on. I think they just randomly selected some account to make sure it was the correct person using it.
