Haven't played poker much since I moved back to the US but decided to check out the jackpot sngs. Had played on ACR before, so not my first time or a brand new account.

Deposited a small amount to check it out before deciding if I'd wanna play there long term, played about 30 last night, no issue.

Now I tried to log in today and my account is suspended for "not passing security checks". Same account for 3-4 years, same visa card I've ever had, never charged back anything etc. So does anyone know what could cause this?

They want my proof of address, copy of ID and copy of credit card. Which isn't huge deal i guess but mostly just frustrating, fiances out of town for the weekend and been busy recently so was looking forward to just nerding out on the computer for a couple days and playing some poker. I can understand this happening when depositing, or withdrawing to verify. But I think its pretty scummy to accept the deposit, then immediately suspend the account. Was looking forward to giving ACR a try again but guess i'll just head back to bovada while I wait for account to unlock so i can withdraw. Glad I didn't make big deposit and get that stuck in there for who knows how long.

this happened to me too, my acct got reinstated but now i have no credit card deposit option. thats what i have always used to deposit and i talked to support and they said that they did a "security review" and that the option is no longer available to me. i have had no issues in the past. TD can u help?

It took speaking to 4 support people but I got it taken care of. Thank you!

This is also the case for me, which is too bad if I ever have to deposit again this would probably keep me from doing that. Not attached enough to the site to go find a western union.

What's the situation on credit cards being removed? I'd also deposit again if this was allowed. I've never had issues with it in the past. I can PM if you would like.

To be honest if your CC options are removed you would have to contact security directly.

This is one of the issues i cannot resolve.

security told me the site (True in this case) doesn't allow anyone to use credit cards, which I found interesting.

Use bitcoin to deposit and withdraw, one you get everything setup its very easy and quick.

Seems to be normal for this place. Accept a deposit (offering a daily bonus) then lock teh acct and ignore verification documents emails.
