I was in the $12,500 GTD and the 6-Max $4,000 GTD yesterday that were cancelled. I spent $27.50 for fees on the $12,500 GTD and $66 on the $4,000 GTD, totaling $93.50. Only $49.50 was placed back into my account. I checked and checked to make sure my math was right, since I did play in other tournaments which altered my balance. I am off by exactly $44, the cost of two reentries to the $4,000 GTD.

I spoke to live "support" about this. At first I was connected to "Jack", who never said anything beyond the greeting message. How helpful. I waited 15 minutes or so and closed out of that and got reconnected to Paulo? Or Pablo. I don't remember, it was a P name. Anyways, he was incredibly rude and was adamant that I was refunded the full $93.50 when I'm 100% certain I'm missing $44 out of my account. He kept speaking in all caps and telling me to recheck my math because all my money is there. He flat out told me I'm wrong. He sent me a picture showing me that I had been refunded and he treated this image as gospel. My account balance does not reflect what the image showed.

To clarify, I was supposed to have received $93.50 back in my account, correct? If so, why is there $44 missing from my account?

Another note, it really speaks badly for your company that I have to resort to the message board for any decent kind of actual support. I emailed support and I all I got was a generic message about refunds.

This same thing happend to me. I dont think count re-entries for some reason.

I don't think they should either, but it states in their TOS that all tournament fees will be refunded. That and customer support specifically told me I was getting refunded $66 for that tournament.

On another note. Please help me with your conversation with CS i wont have this keep happening to our players. Nothing infuriates me more than bad CS. But the screenshots we take and email are not fakes they only show up in our transaction histories. There is a big upgrade coming where anything like this will never be a problem but we have to wait for this. With regards to all re entries being refunded when a tournament is in late reg is completely fair. Any tournament that is in late reg will be as if it never played. Just use this as an example, Bob, you busted wanted to re enter, tournament disappears your out of pocket. You had no way of getting your money back in this tournament because you couldnt re enter. This is the reasoning behind doing this.

I don't even know what you're asking for here. Chatlogs? I don't have those since whenever CS closes the window it closes on my end too. I wasn't claiming it was a fake screenshot, just that it was inaccurate.
