5 Dimes poker rake NIGHTMARE. Won't Pay! 5 Dimes poker rake NIGHTMARE. Won't Pay!

So I recently started playing on here to take a crack at the beast promotion.

I started playing the 30th/1st of this month.
I got paid my rakeback on weds (2nd) for $57 which seemed right based off my playing just that 1 day.

So then I played THE WHOLE week 50000+ hands over 13000 beast points and I get my rake today.

$94!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF

I've been on the phone with customer service and of course they say its right based off what they see. They checked with their poker person that handles this and he gave her the rake numbers.

Again I asked how could I get 57 for one day and now 94 for the whole week..... she is checking the numbers on the previous week to see how I was paid the 57 for the one day.

on hold ............

oh now got hung up on calling back. All they are saying that it is right based off the info they got from their vendor.

I asked who the vendor was they said Truepoker ......

Your Rakeback payment is based on the activity of the previous week (Monday to Sunday) and paid out the following Wednesday. If you started playing on the 30th / 1st, it is impossible that this amount on the 2nd was the Rakeback payment ...

well according to them its weds to weds. They read the dates and everything. Got paid oct/2 for from the little I played the first and last day of sept.

That is odd, because on all "main skins" on WPN it is Monday - Sunday, though possible that 5 dimes as bookmaker handle their own differently. Did you recently deposit and redeem the cleared FDB all at once or frequently?

nope been 5 dimes customer since 2011. No deposit bonus.

Does wpn have a lot of skins?

Not really, like half a dozen I think. And some white label skins share the main traffic (e.g. LadsPoker).

makes sense. They basically put everything off on truepoker. Does truepoker ever have support on the boards?

update from 5 dimes

Greetings!

According to the system and department incharge of taking the 27% of Rakeback, the amount that we credit was the correct one. Here is details of this:

You received $94.55
Net Rake $350.21
Tournament Fees
$0.00
so the 27% of Net Rake $350.21
for $94.55
from 10/2 to 10/8
From last Wednesday until yesterday, 9/25 to 10/01 Net Rake $186.82 + Tournament fee $0.50 to a total of $50.57 and in the ac**** they gave you $57.75 which was more.

Any concern please contact us back!

Best regards!

again I wrote them back for explanation of how could they claim I paid so little rack when my playing went up twenty up 100 times.

The rake I got paid on 10/2 was correct based off that I was expecting atleast 400

Rakeback is weighted contributed. If you are beast grinding you are on the wrong program for a variety of reasons including:

1) Beast grinding means that you are undoubtedly playing super nitty over a ton of tables. Meaning you don't contribute much actual rake. This of course varies based on your playing style (aka VPIP/PFR).

2) On rakeback, especially weighted contributed, you only pay rake according to what you contributed to the pot. As a very tight player, specially if you are running bad and not playing much postflop, you will not be producing much rake at all at 25NL.

3) You should be on Elite Benefits where they reward you based on the "dealt" methodology instead of "weighted contributed" Players raking > 700/month on average tend to do considerably better on EB vs 27% RB

thanks for the clear picture. 5dimes for some reason doesn't offer the elite, I'll be switching next month to black chips I think.

I would imagine you have tracking software? Check the history of rake paid for the two weeks. Simple solution.

Not quite so simple with the 25 cents taken from every flop at the beast tables he's playing at.
