Where are the $5 and $10 Turbo HU SNGs for no limit holdem

They were definitely there last night. I played about 20-25 games of $5.00 + $0.25 Turbo HU SNG

Are my filters broken? Am I going crazy? Are they only available on Tuesdays? LOL What's going on?

Right now I see $22 + $1 and $2.20 + $0.16 Turbo HU SNGs, but no Turbos in between that.

Now the HU SNGs that I am in keep freezing and crashing. I keep having to close the client with task manager and restart the client

The MTTs I am in seem to be running OK.

Every time I try to open the lobby of my HU SNGs though it just freezes..or says "Please wait taking you to a tournament"

And now it says "tournament suspended by host"

ACR: Are you having trouble with your server that handles HU SNGs? This is costing me money. And tilting the hell out of me. I keep missing hands on my MTTs

I'm sorry to ramble, and I don't mean to be whining...but something glitchy is definitely going on here

The heads up SNG I'm currently in is now suspended. No action, no one is getting cards.

But for the record, this glitchyness hasn't just caused me to lose blinds / lose game in this current one but the few before this too

And now in the SNG lobby the $5 and $10 turbo HU SNGs are back I see. So yeah, something is definitely going weird with the ACR servers that handle certain SNGs, especially HU SNGs.

Anyone experience this before? Anyone have any luck trying to get an answer or even a refund from ACR when this happens? I'm relatively new to ACR. I like most things about this site so far, but this is incredibly tilting and frustrating.


Edit: For the record it is Thursday February 6th at 3:20 EST. Are they doing a server reset or something?

Same thing happened to me, except it was when someone sat my lobby around 2:53AM. The client did make the game pop up, and after I noticed I tried to take my seat via the lobby window but it would not give me the option to do so. I took a screenshot and contacted support who told me the tourney had been suspended and I'd be refunded my buy in before 9AM EST. Kind of strange, since whenever there has been any server/client issue in the past that has caused me to lose a buy in it has been refunded immediately to my account.

As of right now I still am missing the buy in, but I did take a screenshot of what the support said in chat (something I recommend doing just in case) so I don't have to go down the rabbit hole of having to explain what happened again if I have to contact them again about this issue.

This has happened in the past where random stake levels disappear when they are doing server maintenance, so I would assume that's the reason games were being suspended/missing.

Certain buyin husngs missing is nothing out of the ordinary, happens a lot. Not sure why but they usually come back later in the day

This happened to me last night while I was playing three HU hypers, also noticed the $12 hypers were missing. Cost me two buy ins, luckily I managed to comeback and save the third game.

Update:

I was in a $5.00 + $0.25 normal-speed NLHE HU SNG when they suspended that game. I already got my buy-in back. However, the servers were being glitchy and kept freezing and making me restart the client for like 2 games before that. There was no official message in those earlier two games about it being 'suspended by host' though.

I am probably just SOL for those two earlier games right? This isn't very fair, but I don't know if ACR CS will credit me a refund for them. You guys think it's worth trying. It's not the dollar amount really, it's more the principle of it all.
