We have 6 different $100 freerolls starting from 4pm ET.

They will start all 10 minutes apart from each other.

Not worth playing for hours for such a small amount, makes up for the troubles the past few days I guess, I think a bigger freeroll or something worth while should be put up for players affected by this and who were in the bigger BI tourneys at the time the site went down since we didnt get a ICM chop.

Also do you think/know things will be smooth today TD?

How about issuing refunds in a timely mannsr

I emailed over three hours ago I believe
Still only received the standard we got your email

I requested buyins back for six sngs that I was never brought to, disconnected and some I was affected during play at times and since I have to go through bs for some mine as well get refunded for all that were actually bs cuz of this

But I am sure I will have to spend an hour going through hand histories
And be met with you played x hands so your screwed but in all reality the lag affected hands in hypers is critical

I have honestly not mentioned probably a k worth of small lags over years cuz its a pain and support is confrontational

One time a woman promotions dept last holidays down time she was awesome though

Said hey your high volume and dealt with bs what do you feel is fair I told her prob a Lil under to be fair and she shipped it.. A personal call as well
She was awesome peeps could learn from her

In hypers this lag is so annoying support doesn't realize yeah I played most hands but even getting lagged in one is not my fault and I should be greeted with apologies not attitude

Answer me this on record wpn rep
If I am in a hyper husng and I am lagged out of even one hand esp at a critical blind level that directly may have affected the game am I the player eligible for a refund

I feel as a consumer not just a play cuz I am a customer more then anything if I sign up under the pretext of the game running normal and it does not how is this me the customers fault?

Is that the kind of thing I need you eat or does the business in good faith act in the customers best interest and refund them

I understand where you are coming from and obviously they need to do a lot to make up for these problems, but I think you also need to be careful here.

Based on your statement you (or anyone for that matter) should also forfeit winnings from every Hyper HUSNG you played where the opponent missed only one hand and you ended up winning (regardless of how important the hand was), no?

I was just in one of these and it got cancelled with about 100 people left.

But imo we both signed up under pretext of fair game

If one or the other or both do not receive fair game then the host who also profits from event should reimburse

Hey it sucks for them... But maybe they get their act together when they start shipping so many refunds they should just pull the plug as I mentioned in another thread until stuff is more resolved

And or open as beta with clear rules for risking play in beta mode

I am frankly sick of spending my time money being a beta tester on what is being sold as finished oroduct

As you mentioned I shouldn't have cake and eat also but isn't that what the site is doing also
Or simply put on one of those annoying banners play at own risk our software is a joke
At least then it's buyer beware

Winrep you need to lay into whomever keeps lying to you and saying all set like throwing chairs flipping tables pack your **** now your fired mad

Also five plus hours no email response in regards to refumds

If these are in fact DOS attacks that are aimed at all the networks, as support on a couple of networks have already admitted, I think that the anger should really be directed at those carrying out the attacks. WPN makes tournament refunds manually so you can probably imagine how swamped they are right now. Whoever is carrying out these attacks is probably doing it to create dissatisfaction; I for one, am not about to let myself be a pawn in their game.
