Nah, with rake they still made profit (not factoring in 27% rakeback).. I think everyone still broke from Christmas.

Final table $535,600 total... 9th take 13,400... Even if they chopped even money it would be $59,511 each. Curious to see if they chop... I assume you can chop on this site?

There is no chop feature in the client but historically players have been able to chop the marque events (MDS) by getting the TD to manually pause the tournament and work things out. Not sure if that is allowed for these weekly MDS.

Regarding them making or losing money on this tournament, keep in mind the rake they made on satellites plus they got people to deposit/redeposit onto the site, which is generally a good thing for them.

Yes i am still doing the chop for the millions. I may at some point have to teach someone else to do it because 19 hour days are not easy.

Even if we get 100k overlay we wouldnt change these. ( i think)

There was a chop on Sunday from the final 3.. they all took over 100k each

Shame, thanks for the response. Hate to say that sometimes everyone being so used to late regging backfires in this way. I like the late reg on WPN for the most part, but this is one of the downsides of creating a late reg culture that we see sometimes.

I noticed this got pushed to 7:45 a little while ago, and now it's 7:45 and the satty is now mysteriously missing from the client. Sucks!!!

Yes it was me delaying it and then i saw it with 58 or so with 3 minutes to go so i just turned away for a few minutes and poof it was gone. I was very annoyed to say the least. We however will have more day of the event sats for sunday

I'm pretty sure it stores the tickets. I think if you win a seat, and can't play it that Sunday you can store the ticket for the following week.
