hey winning TD- ever think of making the milly a 2 day event? Purpose being, for the health of the players?

In the last 540 milly you had , i remember i wokeup around 10am, and played the 22 early special and regged games all the way to like midnight, fnished the tourneys, and saw the milly was still going. IT got done at around 630 am . I hung around because i had a piece of a buddy who made final 3. Anyway thats almost 24 hours if a player starts very early sunday to play a "full schedule" on time.

I think that you guys should pause it at the final 2 tables, and have players return the following day. Some of those guys could be easily over 15 hours in, and at a deep structures game with a he mount on the line they should be fully rested imo. Just a thought.

The software wont allow that and the reason i wont just pause it and restart at a later time is because incase we have any technical issues whilst the tournament is paused it could lead to it having to be removed or other issues.

The truth is making it a 2 day event will scare away recreational players.
1) They can miss a day of work for life-changing money
2) Yes it's a bit deceptive but when a rec is registering at 3pm Sunday afternoon they're not thinking about the fact that the tournament could go to 6am. Once they're in, they're in. We don't want to scare them away, even if we're telling the truth.

I consider myself a rec and I disagree. I purposely don't register for tournaments that are going to last forever (or all the 5 hr late reg bs tourneys) because I don't have the time or patience to sit there all day and all night...I'd much rather come back the next day and finish up.

Also, not everyone can miss a day of work...life changing money is not guaranteed unless it's actually withdrawn and in bank account/btc account etc...most recs are definitely skeptical of withdrawing a large sum from an unregulated online poker site.

Was that just for last weekend or will it remain going forward? Last I checked the lobby listed the start times at 2 going forward. Also, are you going to do anything about the colluders being able to sit at the same table due to the late reg loophole?
