Disaster for me because I was decently heavy on AHQ in my cash lineups and my GPP lineups centered around either iG or Fnatic putting up a bunch of points.

Not to be dissuaded though. I like EDG and SKT for cash lineups quite a bit today.

this is what I thought at first but average scores to cash so far have been like 150-175 ish from what I've seen so you want your players to hit 3x/4x their price in points (5k player you want 15-20 points)... while supports score less it is much easier for them to hit good value so if you have places to spend your saved money it can be a very good move.

Some of the other positions are so expensive even good games don't hit value... if your drafting a 8k player you need 24-32 points to pay off that salary... if the game is a stomp or low kill even in an easy win that player may not pay off that salary.

Draft Kings contests are up. They are only doing 2 games at a time which is going to be pretty hard to make money on GPP.. Opinons?

For thursday, they are doing separate tournaments for games 1&2, 3&4, 5&6. Basically so each player only has 1 matchup in each tournament instead of 3 matchups.

I'm not good at this drafting at all, but I liked picking from all 6 games and trying to balance your stuff.

I think this allows/forces you to pick every game. With the week off, it could be a crazy weekend to see how the Asians adjusted.

Just terrible.

It's already in the LoL rules that on days where teams play multiple games that you would be able to draft multiple versions of players, but they didn't actually go that route for Thursday. Dunno why. My guess is they haven't figured out how to implement multiple instances of players yet, but this just ruins it now.

WTF? So basically you now pick between 4 players for each position... with 1 of them being from PAIN who no one will pick. So everyone has the same lineup. Combined with the recent scandal news of insider shenanigans it makes me want to just withdraw immediately.

I think there's value in GPP's because people will still set lineups incorrectly, but for cash I don't really think it's beatable with the 2-game slate.

Quarterfinal round: $27 GPP I had the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 7th, and 9th place lineups.

Not sure if it's just overreaction cause I didn't have much success in them, but I don't think the 4-team slates are beatable. Too many splits and the rake cuts into it too much.
