CLG got the softest group they could hope for, but they will still have a rough time vs either of the asian teams.

Safe to say rip h2k and bangkok titans in group C.

Group D group of death? or group B?

Group b/d are very interesting

Clg got as good of group as they possibly could which will make the 2-4 fail much more amusing

Feel bad for the group winner that gets the luxury of getting stomped 3-0 by edg/skt

CLG/Koo
Fnc/IG
SKT/EDG
LGD/KT

B looks like the most open group, Yoe might have a shot in A, C most lopsided, tough luck for TSM and Origen.

why did TSM go to group D instead of C?

nvm found the reason

Basically this.

Edit: TSM went to Group D because the remaining teams who hadn't been picked (Koo and EDG) couldn't end up there. Also Koo couldn't go to Group C, so they were locked to Group A, which locks EDG to Group C.

D is the deepest group, TSM is probably the worst team in the group, but they can still win a couple games.

C is the most locked up group, hard to see SKT or EDG failing to get out of groups vs H2K/Bangkok Titans.

B should have a lot of good games.

A is a super soft group. Hard to see the teams making it out of this group ever winning a quarterfinal.

Don't forget CLG doesn't have Xmithie and it's Huhi playing jungle ( at the moment ).
You can't believe that they are gonna have the same performance.

I think KOO is the group A favourite, but the rest of it's a tossup.

Group B - AHQ/FNC
Group C - SKT/EDG
Group D - LGD/KT

A like 90% Koo for first, and 60-65% #2 for CLG 35-40% for YW

B I think FNC is a slight favorite over IG to get first but could go bad with FNC not making it as well

C well gg

D LGD is a lock and #2 is pretty open, prob something like 65% KT 25% OG and 15% TSM.

Koo/Clg

Koo aren't that exciting and will be an underdog vs a bunch of their quarters matchups. Clg 4-3 through on tiebreaker 0-3 bloodbath in quarters

Ig/Fanatic

I think Ig wins group pretty easily.

Skt/Edg likely going to a 5-1 tiebreak, part most boring group, part best group by far should give decent idea of how the finals will go.

Lgd/Kt

I could see Kt failing here and seems most likely group to have big surprise.

TBQ is still a wild card and he's going to decide if they 3/4 or 1/2.

Huhi has over 550 solo queue games in Korean bootcamp. Fnatic who have been doing like 14 hour days according to something I read only have like 150-200 solo queue games.

He's super practicing jungle, obviously won't be as good as xmithie, but he's not gonna suck.

I wonder what kind of hourly the top players get, I mean 200k isn't that great when its 365 for 14hrs/day(though still $40/hr)

Origen ran really bad in that draft... They had a 50/50 to go into a group where they likely had 50%+ chance of advancing but instead they ended up in a group where they likely are less than 10% of advancing through.

Pretty sure HuHi is Korean and prob had that account before, also he is only D1 after 550 games while Febiven is 660 LP challenger.

Not really, they had less than 33% to get CLG(They can't get into FNCs group and if H2K gets CLG they can't either or if anyone in Pool 3 gets drawn before them etc.) so it's probably like 85% that they wouldv've gotten SKT or LGD. All things considered I don't think KT is unbeatable for them.

Even if you put them in Group A they are like 25% to advance, EU is a 1 team region.

pre-draw Over 1.5 wins was pretty big underdog, as is if they get 2 its because they 2-0 tsm

total wins from H2k, c9, origen, tsm <5 and they get 2 min, and have 2 games vs a wildcard, this year won't be like last imo.

From the start of the draft yes they where incredibly likely to get a draw that left them with little to no chance of advancing. But i was talking about when the 4th teams where drawn. They could only end up in 2 groups at that time and one of those groups where the by far softest group and they got drawn into the other group.

If Origen gets drawn into group A they are imo the best team that plays for the 2nd place after Koo. Origen has been the standout 2nd best team behind Fnatic this year while in the NA region there have been alot of parity but not of the good kind. Most teams have played abysmal this year. Teams like Gambit, Roccat and Elements would likely have been in the top of the NA region.

depends on what you turn that into. Qtpie turned his league all day everyday for Dig, into now making 7 figures for 8hrs/day

maybe so, I'm just spewing what the tracking site shows. I'm sure if you never play jungle, you'll be in challenger in 400 games if that's the role your spamming, np.

lol. Jatt forced to apologize for commenting on Balls' weak solo queue performance. Yellowstar has a higher GPM than Balls in solo queue. The bottom 8 in GPM are six supports, Huhi, and Balls.

What's with the reddit circle jerk, reddit is clearly standing with Jatt on this one. It was the pros who cried about Jatt commenting on Balls' performance. Overall this is just another case of Riots crusade against Toxicness. Now their own analysts can't even criticize anybodys performance.

It depends a lot on what Balls' goals were in soloQ, on the current patch top lane has had gigantic changes that mid/adc haven't. you'd expect mid/adc players to have much better results since you ban morde and its the same game as the last 6 months. Top lane has a bunch of champs that never see competitive play all of a sudden being huge picks, GP, Fiora, Darius, Garen plus who knows what pocket picks and **** to try and counter those plays, especially fiora/gp.

if he's played Rumble 100 times then yeah start panicking

just checked he has 55 games on Fiora/GP/Darius, so it makes sense for his results to lag other roles
