was thinking about yesterday's discussion re: banning out shook and not to be results oriented considering the bans but there's little point in doing that. i think there was a similar discussion a few days back, not sure who it was about (maybe shook actually) but the gist of it was there's little point using 2 bans on a meh jungler instead of banning out mid/top

Don't really get why Monte criticizes the Zed ults, isn't the QSS ADC still the best target when Peke has Zhonya's and your other options are the Top/Jungle/Sup tank?

dade had a pretty rough game, and despite that still was nearly taking Rekkles out

it takes serious balls to give Dade Zed after you already lost to LMQ

Imo that game was decided largely by the first 1v1 mid where they traded kills.
If dade didn't die there the game is probably snowballed and over, because next time ult comes up he just kills peke for free. ( or at least forces back/flash/ult ), and then takes mid.

Maybe decided isn't the right word, it's more like a critical point that could've turned the game in either teams favour, but it was probably the biggest single event in the game that could've swung the win % heavily in SSBs favour.

man C9 winning group only to be still stuck with SSB would be such a gigantic bad beat

the schedule sets it up fairly well

wtf no 3rd ban

talon into zed seems sketchy, think c9 lost pick/ban fairly hard

talon actually does really well vs zed. Hai's ori is very weak. that's probably his worst champ.

So sad but i guess if you are gonna lose vs Koreans, throwing looks better since that shows that you are atleast close. As Monte said i dont get how that Shield mid tower was up for so long. Take that down and Alliance wins since Shield cant ward properly anymore.

Have a feeling we wont get to see Froggen play TF anymore in worlds so even more sad.

Meteos too predictable the top dive only works if you get turret too otherwise its a horrible trade

Gorilla and Watch with really strong games

A little surprised Elise hasn't seen more play her early pressure vs kha is big

C9 so stupid.
They needed to pick a supportive farm mid that can safely stall a game, instead they take an assassin.

Then they don't laneswap and get punished - sneaky is forced back and can't buy BF so is forced into a shiv, then C9 decide to continually teamfight when their ADC has a shiv and the enemy ADC has a trinity force.

Just braindead match from picks and bans onwards from C9.

How crazy would this group be if this game's results stand and LMQ beats SSB? 3-0 LMQ after first half of group, everybody else 1-2.

I'm pretty sure that was a 10k+/1 underdog

would be pretty fun weekend if it does happen

LMQ only 3/1 underdog in the game on pinnacle, pretty crazy

I mean, even if Blue beats LMQ as they are expected to it's looking like the group is going to be 2-1, 2-1, 1-2, 1-2 after the day. Wide open for anyone to advance. Nice to have a really competitive group after last weekend.
