Sick Teemo stats bro. I kinda main Teemo too, but I'm having some laning issues.

Is Fiora supposed to **** on me so hard? I have no idea at what level I should try to fight her because it looks like she can destroy me at any given point. I'm thinking of just giving up and going TP/flash and getting flask 3 pots.

I never get picked in team builder when I pick teemo anymore :/

I'd say she's very similar to Riven, Irelia, etc. Pre-6, I would poke/harass as much as I can but you have to be smart about trading. Be wary when she's going to Q (lunge) at you, and if she misses, that's a prime opportunity to attack her. I typically try to stay out of range just enough so that she can't get near me. The closer towards 6/post-6. I will typically go in for a poke, and then W (move quick) out. With enough patience, you can get little-to-no damage from her and your pokes will add up.

Another thing I have to note is that I tend to play very passive as Teemo in the sense that while I do harass, I will usually let my enemy laner push. Because Teemo's ranged, it's very easy to get all the minions under turret and the more they're pushed towards you, the more vulnerable they are for your jungler to gank them! It's also much easier for you to harass cause if she tries to trade you, she risks getting hit by turret, or is too afraid to commit, which both happens way too often.

Just bought Teemo while on tilt from promo loss. What masteries and runes are preferred? Right now I have 21-9 (AP) and Red armor pen and 1 crit, yellow armor, blue MR, Quint AP.

I don't think any other champion had that happen, some get to stay super toxic for 5 patches with 90% pick/ban

Going over to the dark side and learning Teemo top lane, would love some match up advice and build variations. Currently I'm really focusing on split pushing but peeling off to mushie up dragons/barons. I go ignite right now in any matchup that isn't like Jayce/Nidalee/Gnar.

I pretty much rush some combination of Codex->Nashors-Boots/Sorc then either Runaan's to setup a split push or Zhonya's if I feel like I have to survive assassins around dragon. What else should I be considering?

I tend to wrap up with Deathcap or Void depending on MR being built.
