just won a 4v5 where our ryze left at lvl 10 and our team way down.

udyr (yours truly), blitz, cait, singed vs. quinn, vayne, support orianna, jungle olaf, and xerath.

basically our team comp just waaay better. multiple aces in a row to turn the game.

last 3 games ive started:

1/1/5, 6/1/7 and 5/1/3

a 4v5, a throw and in the last game our cait declared gg when we were up 2k gold and started feeding. actually told me she didnt want red cause we cant win and she's just gonna have fun. we were up 2 dragons and even in kills. gg.

just carry harder tho, right jackitos?

European lcs I think always does. NA lcs rarely does. Like the MLG week they did, but I can't think of any others off the top of my head. Usually it's just done in the riot studios. Lame.

In soloqueue I guess it makes a difference, but my ranked team of 5s (mostly Silver I-Gold 3) just beat a mostly plat ranked 5 team that had a diamond 2 support (and their only gold as adc...er, marksman). So I guess it's nothing too crazy to be matched up higher, though soloq is a lot harder to coordinate.

Encountered my first player who clearly got boosted to diamond/bought a diamond account. He was Diamond V getting matched against our Gold players, recent history was 5-20 with his best champ was Syndra with a W/L of 5-7. Overall record with Lee Sin was like 60-40 but recent stats were 0-5 with 2/5/5 average stats or something.
