I'm fed Karma mid and can duel 2v1 anyone on their team except the fed ChoGath who I can poke down in extended standoffs. I have two teammates at 75% hp and a mid Tier 2 turret at half hp. They have 1/2 hp Cho, 1/3 hp amumu support, and a 1/3 hp Viktor. I had just Mantra Q'd their wave into oblivion and base. I tell them not to fight cuz I'll be right there. Janna Lucian charge at them from under turret and get killed.


Next I show up to a teamfight that we're badly losing. They somehow kill Cho but are losing. As I get to the fight, I Mantra Shield the team and turn the whole thing around. We kill three more. We get mid Tier two and Cho is revived for the inhib turret. Me and the jungler peel off to do dragon as there's no way we can siege with only half a minion wave. We ping them away but the Lucian Poppy Janna DIVE THE CHO and all die.

Shortly after, we're actually still winning any fights that I'm involved in but no one will go do side lanes and they're letting Cho just push as he sees fit. I run down to clear a wave bot and run into their WW in our jungle on the way. I solo him and as I look up, my team is doing baron with clear vision of a full HP cho and Viktor just standing on the edge of the pit. Jungler says "no smite". I ping them back because Cho's just going to steal it. They keep going and Cho flashes over, feasts the baron and proceeds to 1v4 (I think Janna got away).

They just charge down mid and I don't have enough to stop their whole team.

So how are you supposed to win when you tell them so many times not to fight? I know 'I should be there with them' but if I just sit mid with them, we can wave clear fine but no one can defend side lanes and we just get out towers pushed in. I'm just not good enough to know what to do I guess....I guess that's why I'm having trouble climbing back to gold.

I guess keeping it as simple as possible should work better.
If their fed Cho is pushing sides, their team is weak vs your 5 and you should be able to push faster / take more structures and potentially get kills, no?
Sounds like a classic "let's group mid and push" situation.
Higher odds of team listening to that than "don't fight." There's always one guy on your team that just goes Leeroy Jenkins and like good old lemmings the rest follow suit.

First base def a mistake in soloQ. Second peel off to drake when they've shown they'll dive anyway.. idk. When nobody makes calls and nobody listens you just gotta win it quick & obvious, get an inhib

Hah right? Would it be so much to let her W not block Tibbers, Malzahar ultimate, Skarner ultimate, Malphite ultimate, Sejuani ultimate? She does tons of damage and healing and has mobility it's just crazy how much power they put in her W also.

I don't think I've put up a score like that outside of bot games. They were ahead 3 dragons to none, 4 towers to one, and 1.5k gold at 25 minutes.

enemy mid + jng premade is getting really laughable

always 3-4 ganks within 10 mins

Hecarim is really op in that setup because he can knock you back 450 units (gragas is 600), meaning that you are going to be near middle lane when you're 2 steps away from your turret (still in turret range) + he's really fast and can come from behind easily after a couple levels
