I agree that what you posted (though it looks like there's some that you didn't show) does not seem chat restriction worthy. That said, I don't think you handled the situation optimally. Getting into an argument in team chat is never helpful. If you would like your lane partner to change something about their strategy it's fine to tell them, but you have to understand that if they react defensively like it's clear the cait from that game did it is best to just mute them (especially if you don't feel like you will be able to read their chat without being goaded into responding) and continue playing while modifying your own strategy as best you can to handle the situation.

Well it's pretty simple, the easiest way to get banned is to talk **** to the opponents in all chat.

chat banning can't be strict enough imo. it's a 5 player game, and a second person feeding the first troll (even without abuse) ruins it just as much for the 3 others.. arguably more since if the abusers don't get responses they typically stop

Frost Queen's Claim feels really overpowered at the moment. Mid is my least played and worst position, but I've just been rolling people building that item first. It's extremely diverse in use and just sets up your combo so well. Basically walk to lane, apply active if enemy jungler is not around all in your slowed opponent, and collect kill or flash. I've been mostly playing velk'koz, but it works with most AP mids.

Even on support its broken.

It's hilarious cause I invited quagmyer to play a game last night and our 3rd had to drop out. I explain to him I'm a little ****ed up and we start the game. I do bad and he starts flaming me non stop. I ask why he's doing that after I explained I've been drinking and he keeps saying I lost the (normal tb) game for us. Even if I did its no reason to flame people. You came and aramd with us before qag and did terrible and no o e said **** to you. Quit flaming people and wonder why you couldn't carry the game or you'll be stuck forever douchebag.

hmm, I wouldnt say non-stop, yeah I was irritated towards the end because you saying "lol im high/drunk" numerous times like it justifies actions. I've played numerous games with people here, some where I have played badly myself, or somebody else has had a not so great game and there's never flaming involved, and its always a fun time with lots of laughs.
Trying to 1v1 somebody 2 levels ahead of you and saying "its k guys im just wasted" got to me I guess. If that makes me a douchebag, so be it, if it hurt your feelings then my bad, sorry.

Also I've never been banned or had as much as a chat ban before, so I'm not notorious for being a flamer. I'm just not as skilled or good mechanically as the majority of people on here.

Lesson: don't play with drunk people

Can understand the frustration when people do super dumb stuff and blame it on whatever. Even if killer was drunk then thats no excuse to be a douche either and tilt your teammates

Not that flaming is alright, and it shouldn't be done. Pretty sure you guys can solve this as adults and not go into the "he said, she said" and blame each other while both parties made mistakes.

i hate tunnel visioned farm junglers so much. they just hyper focus on the wrong things and lose easily winnable games. could get mid tower but, you know, dem wolves are up so lets walk across half the map for it.

There is nothing more tilting than when I'm playing mid or top and have a bad jungler, it's worse if he plays one of my junglemains.

Brag: Finally got back to silver 1 (Not much of a brag I know but I took a huge downswing.) Goal is gold 5 by the reset.

Anyway, soon as the game starts I move out to watch entrances to our jungle. As adc that usually means going into tri by dragon pit. However, when I got there shaco dropped a box in it, and our Yasuo had elected to stand by mid turret rather than watch the jungle entrance closest to mid, so I moved up there to watch that spot instead. It was too late, though, and I got caught by a 5 man invade and gave FB to their Lux mid.

Early game we got stomped- Lux started like 4 or 5-0 after getting FB, and at something like 12 or 13 minutes we were down 10-5 when my Janna support calls "gg" and asks to surrender at 20. I tell her that it's still early and that we can still win this- just keep playing because there's no reason not to. She complains a little more, but credit to her and everyone else- they kept playing. It got a little worse after that, and we had a few different surrender votes (all of which were either 1-4 or 2-3). At 18 minutes we were down >7.5k, at 29 minutes almost 10k... but eventually we pulled it back and won in 41 minutes while still down almost 3k gold and having never lead in gold the entire game.

That win puts me into a series to get back into plat as well- I topped out at plat 4 in s4, then took a long break from the game before coming back late into s5. I got placed into low gold in s5 because of my s4 ranking, but after the season was over I actually got demoted down to silver 1. It's been about a month and a half since then.
