I got 15 points in bronze 4 and would like to go negative 200

It would take a TON of effort to get to negative 200 points in Bronze IV. You can go negative points with queue dodges, but those usually only cost you a handful of points themselves.

A month ago I thought I'd plateau'd in gold1 pretty hard and was never going to get any better.

For the record I'll take any advice and criticism I can get. I'm damn near addicted to this game, but it's bittersweet. I have really good/easy games in Silver, then I have some that looks like I played without using the keyboard...
