max rank q is a 1.25 sec stun on a 4.62 sec cooldown with 34% cdr, you're super disruptive in teamfights. i just jump on the adc in teamfights and be super annoying. if someone dives with you all the cc makes the kill pretty easy, if nobody follows you're still quite effective
main problem is she has little damage, i'm sure a strong dueler like udyr/lee sin ****s on her in the jungle if your team doesn't help, and you need damage from the other lanes too
but i don't think there's a hero that offers more CC. max rank with 34% cdr is 4.62 sec stun, 5.94 sec snare, 39.6 sec ulti... the amount of stuns/snare you can get off in a teamfight is ridicilous
her ganks are insanely strong, especially if you make good use of your passive. if it's not warded you can just walk up with q, and use your e for after they flash, more often than not you can get off 2 q's in one gank, which is a certain death
