Watching the gambit game now, thoughts:
Not sure what you can take from this game, ryze was a terrible (maybe troll?) pick, Dade played terribly, mata/imp LOST TO VOIDLE/GENJA WTF.
Letting Diamond get eve seems like a terrible idea too, koreans had no idea what to do vs him and he had a huge impact early game. J4 tried to camp top a bit which put him behind while Diamond farmed, making him higher level during that early mid 2v2. He had a ~2 level advantage over j4 most of the game. Mata/imp were forced to recall after failing to all-in bot at lvl 2 probably due to the fear of an eve gank, which let genja gain a big advantage that he never lost.
Mata flash on zyra to try to get sona made 0 sense when AT BEST he gets the kill then dies to genja which is a losing exchange anyways.
Also loved how gambit countered the late game comp with double dfg + kog, samsung was just getting shredded. Everyone on samsung was short ranged which let genja just sit in back wrecking.
Very well played by darien too on that fight bot where he was able to taunt + q + ignite imp while imp was trying to get out. Really just well played by everyone on gambit, even voidle didn't suck too much.

Since this patch is new and kinda imbalanced, and with the latest news of the first day of games, I feel this whole championship is a tossup / a lot of wild things can happen without a firmer metagame.
the KogMaw pick was absolutely brilliant, not sure about tri-force but if it's correct on Kog'Maw it needs a nerf very badly. I think that it is probably a must pick on anyone that can use it, and bad news for the adc's that can't like Cait/Vayne.
ugly day for the Koreans, dropping a game isn't that bad, especially for SKT where there isn't a 3rd team in group and a split vs OMG was the most likely outcome anyway. Ozone could be in a little trouble.
why can't vayne use tri-force? i know she doesn't scale off AP and doesn't really need mana but all the other stats seem useful. what's the cd on her tumble? seems like it should be at least decent.
Vaynes passive on silver bolts is every 3rd shot, she scales off attack speed - which is why zerker greaves isnt a bad early buy on her. Vayne typically buys a BT or BOTRK and then 2x pd for the AS. the 200% proc on trinity doesn't work as well for her because her additional items are not flat AD stacking.
because she can't use Sheen well, her W does nothing for it, her E has a 20sec cd, and while tumble does work it's better off used as a re-positioning skill to ensure you get the W proc off safely.
Corki/Ez basically abuse the **** out of the sheen procs, they also scale off AP and need the mana, so they waste absolutely nothing from the buy.
all ADCs can use phage/zeal but to make tri-force broken you need to abuse all 3 components
ok i'll stop derailing, but it's worth noting that tri-force deals 200% of your BASE AD, not including any bonuses from items and what not (otherwise it would be, like, really broken). so it would be just as strong on vayne as someone who rushes an infinity edge after.
looking it up, tumble has a 2sec CD so you can get maximum sheen procs if you want. and its the type of ability that i typically see vayne using to move around a battle but she's still attacking right after.
i dunno, still seems like BOTRK -> tri-force -> PD could work for vayne, especially if you plan on split pushing and would benefit from the slight bonuses to HP.
