Ok, this will never see competitive play to the level of normal, but it certainly is a refreshing format and a great way to try out new champs.

I thought it might be interesting to discuss observations on this newish format.

- It seems that people love to pick AP Champions, but everyone knows how bad they are at crushing towers (especially in the early phase). In my first game, we were Caitlyn vs Kassadin. We all rushed the middle tower and took it down quite quickly. I wonder if a good strategy is to pick an AD character and rush all first level towers like this. They go down surprisingly quickly. I think the fact that APs are so bad means you can leave things undefended for a reasonable amount of time, whilst the team takes out the towers.

- Basing choices on Ultimate Abilities. It is clear that 5 Karthos players would win every time, but what Ults work together in tandem to brutalising effect? I can see 5 Ziggs Ultimates just crushing a grouped up team in certain areas, are there any other characters that could do this? Are characters like Elise way worse here as their Ultimate is less powerful en masse?

- Role defining. I have found for the most part, that people say "Top", "Mid" etc. I am not sure this is the best way to do this. If it is not a case of trying to "tower rush" with an ADC vs AP early, then should people claim roles such as "Tank", "Global Support" (Takes team enhancing items), "Damage" etc. I think there might be new roles to think about in this format. Each role (of course) requires different items.

- I find it annoying when people have skins of that character, it could (quite reasonably) indicate they are a regular user of this character. I think this could lead to being targeted to stunt development. I think using skins in this format might not be the best idea.

Anyone noticed anything else to share/discuss?

I think 5 shaco would be so OP, but I have so far been unsuccessful in convincing my team to pick him, so I have stopped playing this altogether. thoughts on heimer ?

If all you care about is winning in this mode, pick rammus every time. People always pick burst AP or ADC's.

won a game with garen vs Fizz was pretty fun

Played a shaco vs malph game the other day. My first game as shaco and it was awful. Do not like that champ.

Also played sion vs rengar. We were down probably 15-2 at one point and then our ad sions just started wrecking them.

I think the easy solution is to play champs that are hybrids. Kog, sion, etc.

Also this really needs to be implemented on aram.

5 fiddles might be hilarious

Shaco needs some practice def, I play him jungle sometimes, so box placement def needs some practice. Plus his clone can be controlled with alt key, so thats where the real plays come from, like u send 2-3 clones under their tower to tank it, and just kill everyone, should be fun I can think of a few ways to bait em into a bush filled with boxes etc, should def be fun if all the shacos know what they are doing.
Totally agree with the hybrid and aram thing.

We did a zac the other day, and we all took tele to port in to the passive. We didn't win but we won team fights rofl.
