CJ teams need to really work this offseason, so much talent but it's clear now that there is a very specific blueprint to beat both and given how good KT, Ozone and SKT are, and other teams aren't that far below those 3. They need to rework their strategies a ton. Only 1 can make worlds now. 2/4/(3/4) should trump 1/5/5+ but it doesn't.

It isn't zac, its zac+spirit visage.
Zacs in a decent but not broken place, apart from if you give him that much free defensive stats on one item.

InSec said in the interview he spent a ton of time practicing the Zac vs Shen matchup, and then got the matchup all 3 games. He has a 0% chance of getting that vs Ozone(unless I guess its 3.11 and Visage and Zac get the Olaf treatment)

InSec and KT B in general are very trigger happy, and you can exploit it, KT B lost g3 to Blaze because of that, and that series went 5 in large part due to KT B getting sloppy at key points.

I expect Ozone to have a gameplan for InSec pushing top aggressively, Dade is a very good roamer, InSec basically faced no pressure top despite pushing the whole game

I think if TF didn't get worked by Karthus game 2, Rammus would have went top and they would have killed Zac but he got stuck in mid

Zac will get nerfed when Visage gets nerfed too, though as long as they don't hit CDs and Visage is still a solid item after the nerf he'll be fine. E on a 6sec cd is pretty stupid

Honestly I can't believe Visage was even buffed in the first place lol. It was never a bad item, just overshadowed by Bulwark.

I'm also kinda surprised they didn't ban Zac or pick something that isn't Shen. CJ teams are notoriously bad at adaptation mid-match, but it shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what's ****ting on you and cut it off.

Cliffs on why Rapidstar played instead of GBM? I feel like he was definitely the weak link in G1 and 2.

Actually the points system is only a little broken [in terms of the payout structure], the problem is the world championship cycle is too long and doesn't reflect the nature of League esports (where teams change so frequently.)

So either points need to not pay out for the first half, and/or equivalently only results in the last OGN count. But that kind of doesn't make sense either.

Really, there is enough support for Riot to create a major international tournament 6 months between Worlds and give it a name (like Riot Cup or whatever). All stars could bookend it too possibly.
