I guess Hai is playing tomorrow instead of bunnyfufu. Unless C9 is planning to start Hai or Bunny based on the matchup/meta (unlikely), then it seems pretty stupid to pull somebody after 1 game on day 1 of the Spring Split.
I don't think much of C9, if a Team where every member played at least one split in LCS, runs around like chickens with their heads cut off as soon as Hai is off the team, then those members are just not very good.
Funnily enough the argument that I brought up with Dynamic queue, fits perfecly here. One good shotcaller can carry 4 people that are absolutely awful at shotcalling.
Anyways it's still pretty beyond me, how you can play so much LoL and still be that godawful. One might think that after over a thousand hours playing with Hai, you'd pick up a thing or two.
For IMT the plug and play worked fine, new team with experienced players having no problem.
Liquid is also making changes Dominate and Smoothie out Dardoch and Matt in from their challenger team.
In one way its good to see TL make some changes because they play so passively that any change could be for the better but this is the same problem they had all of last split. So why didnt they change it over the break and if they couldnt why would they be able to do so now. Seens like a panic move

Don't get the draft at all. Sven on the utility tank? Why is Bjergsen, supposedly the best mid in the region, picking some out of meta pocket pick? Has Yellowstar played Bard before? Doesn't look like it.
TSMs teamcomp is quite strong, just not easy to execute. With the two frostqueens, tahmkench, bard, syndra E and Ez with Iceborn you can kite/poke quite hard and should not be hit by a gnar ulti.
I think there is the possibility of strong iterations of this base with Tahm Top, Bard Support you could pick some of the junglers who have trouble in competitive being kited. With Tahm ultiing behind and Bard + Frost Queens combo locking them down.
