I don't know if that's a fair statement. I'm sure if I watch it again you could very much be right, but I often saw him on the outskirts doing as much as he safely could. The few times he was really out of position that I saw were due to poppy ulting him away and him trying to get back into the fray.

IMT played so so bad in that series. Threw game 1 then Huni was on tilt the rest of the series.

I feel bad for Pobelter. He's one of my favs. Never really see him go off, but he's pretty solid. Liked him since I saw him start showing up in games that other people were streaming.

IMT's pick phase was extremely baffling to me compared to what they did all season long.

Yeah I don't get it. Like the one thing TSM was able to do all year was teamfight reasonably well, and IMT chose a comp that is extremely hard to pull off in a teamfight.

What I found weird is that they tried this comp but it had no tank buster when you know the other team is gonna play a massive tank who stacks armor in response. Like none of Jhin Lucian or Corki is gonna be able to burst through a tanky Maokai or Rammus. I'd rather have seen them go Graves or even Vayne top would be better IMO.

The Huni build on Lucian also makes no sense. Like because of his passive Lucian needs to go for a more traditional build with crit chance. The 1v1 more tanky build makes sense on Graves because he needs to get in close to deal his max damage.

Darius played Lucian top earlier for ****s and giggles (and to troll iwilldominate and qtpie obv). Pretty sure he did the same build as Huni tried and was like "how does this even work? You'd have to snowball super super hard for this to be a thing"

Did they have vision? Plus its kalista + smite, so CLG can nuke baron from like 2k so you have to go in earlier than usual

Not like LMS is good, they have been overperforming at quite a lot of events. They contest EVERY objective, no vision on Herald ? Well better facecheck as a carry and die. Carry just died ? Well lets fight anyways.

So not sure how the system exactly works but I don't think LMS is a fav over NA to get a Pool1.

the top 4 regions at msi get a spot in pool 1, 5th place gets their best team in pool 2

If the wildcard team makes top 4, 5th place get their best seed in pool 2 and 6th place moves their worst team down in pool 3. If wc gets 5th they get 1 team in pool 2 and 6th place moves their worst team down in pool 3

NAs got a good chance at staying in pool 1 but LMS only needs 1 team to mess up to get a place in pool 1, maybe China sandbags again

TSM baited CLG into putting all their eggs in the Stixxay basket. I can't imagine this works out.
