Idk about Faker staying being better. In his perspective before MSI sure. But after losing to foreign team for the first time ever, and meeting someone like Deft (went to same school), he may be swayed. Depends how the talk between him and Deft went imo.

Faker being Faker, after moving to China he won't end up like Dade or Spirit, who prob hate their life right now if not for the money.

Well he can build his Brand in Korea, he will be the one who couldn't be bought by money, there is a life after LoL and staying just gives him much more options longterm without being known as a sellout. He will be much more visible to Koreans. People like Arnold even managed to get a polticial position through popularity(not saying that this will happen).

Last year he was offered over $1m. The number today is probably even higher. It is very unlikely his "brand" is worth more than $3m to HIM (or whatever he is offered). It can be worth more to SKT, but not to Faker.

What clg needs is a bigger ego than doublelift that's good at analysing the game as their coach. No one on that team holds absolute respect from other team members, and so doublelift can just say whatever he wants and being the star player shouting loudest ppl will just passively follow him knowing full well that he is dumb as bricks.

Idk if there is anyone who can fill that role tbh.

It is pretty obvious that DL is cancer , only CLG would still have that kid on the team lol ...

CLGs Problems are not gonna dissappear when DL is gone. The problems start with HSGG and the whole teaminfrarstructure. Anybody else would've put DL into his place.

If doublelift is kicked the value of the CLG org may well drop by half. HSGG is not THAT stupid.

We would like to welcome Chad "History Teacher" Smeltz and Zach "Nien" Malhas to Team 8. History Teacher will be Team 8's head coach and Nien will be the starting AD carry for the 2015 NA LCS summer split.
I got a history degree in college and briefly thought of teaching so I <3 history teacher, and Nien is a LOT better than Maple, so I LOVE this move.

Maybe short term but if they won a split or qualified for Worlds it'd jump way up, they have close to 0% equity for either with DL as adc

Has anyone heard anything on how C9 has been doing in scrims or the like with incarnation?

First blood King never dissappoints.

Kog is pretty ****ty laner, so wouldn't put much weight into that. Also C9 scales 100x better.

The more things change, the more they stay the same I guess?

Eventually TSM will have a hard time closing out this game as it's extremely difficult to dive C9 and break the inhibturrets, especially with Urgot as ADC.

I'd say C9 is doing fine with their teamcomp, as they are hitting crucial powerspikes soon.
