Why are these guys so good mid game? Even when they lose lane SKT still seems in control. Gg wp G2.

Feel like G2 played well for them, SKT had a very un-SKT like series. They greeded for kills over objectives, Faker got buried in solo lane as he always tends to do. He doesn't do very well at cutting his losses when he gets out behind. Overall G2 played like a B+ game and SKT played their C- game. Just shows how far ahead SKT is.

G2 had good drafts and good team coordination but some key mechanical mistakes in key spots sunk their chances to build on their leads. SKT is insane at vision control and it just feels like all 5 guys are so much better at macro/shot calling than the shot caller on every other team. They know immediately what the response is as soon as a play happens.

Thought this stat-heavy article was interesting:

It's 2018 and LCK teams average 90 more CS by 30 minutes than the second highest region. Overall the stats don't seem to paint an impressive picture of the LPL where many people expect them to come in 2nd.

NA and VCS out. NA took games off the EU, LPL, and LMS representatives but ultimately Team Liquid's many weaknesses were exploited on the world stage. Pobelter and Impact could not find success on carries and that caused a lot of bad drafts. (lol Malzahar first pick.) Xmithie and Doublelift were the team's strong points and continued to make TSM's offseason decision to spend two import slots bot instead of building around Doublelift look bad.

TSM could have signed Huni/Xmithie/Bjergsen/Doublelift/Olleh but instead they've got a far weaker top jungle duo.
